    Back again. I did everything as tough as possible. After a tough day, this and your dumbbell workout I did earlier have completely grounded me.

    I did this after doing the latest 10 mins beginners workout (which I did step up). 45 secs seems like a long time! Thanks so much Joe x

      I 2nd myself. This is great. It's a bit oblique heavy so just did normal elbow plank for final exercise.

      Brilliant. So hard after hardcore HIIT. Yeah, normal plank on last exercises. Those obliques were obliterated!
