Thank you so much for the workouts everyday, I have loved every one! I had a hysterectomy in February just before lockdown and have been using the workouts as part of my recovery plan. Its sad that you are going to do three days a week now, but all good things must come to an end eventually. You are an inspiration to us all and have made the world get off its bum and move! Its a great achievement. I am now able to start to inspire my students again as I am a fitness instructor with my first class this evening, outside in the garden of course! Thank you Joe, I will be here again tomorrow!

This is a great work out, I improvised with my bar weight because I don't have dumb bells. Can you please do a work out that can be done with a bar, and targets all muscles. I really liked how you put the abs blaster on the end because I always can't be bothered if I have to change the work out, so having you tag it on the same video was soooo much better for my motivation!!!!!! Thanks for getting me through covid, as soon as I was stood down from my job in Australia I started following you and I feel so great!!!

Ha ha! I love all your beginner workouts Joe and happily do them 4 times a week. But I love the psychology behind them more. You make it seem like you're struggling as much as we are...that it's as painful for you as it is for us when in fact this is all an act! It's a brilliant marketing tool that has made you incredibly successful. There's NO WAY you find these workouts difficult so all the groaning and rolling around the floor is purely to make us feel better. And it works, as the comments below testify. You've hit on the idea that we don't want to be led by a smooth, barely-breaking-a-sweat fitness guru but by a real person who finds it difficult just like we do. Genius! I love your workouts and will keep coming back for more that's certain but I'm not fooled for one moment!

I do this everyday to finish my workout and it is absolutely KILLER! My abs are on fire by the end but I feel so good afterwards! It might only be 7 minutes but it is so effective!
