- This workout will fire up your legs, glutes and your abs. It takes 20 minutes and you don't need any equipment.
You'll be working hard for 30 seconds at a time, with a 10 second rest.

It's getting to that stage of lockdown where i'm choosing my hiit workout based on how lush the background scenery is. Glad you were there!
It's hard to choose, but this may be one of my favorites. And just adding my voice to the others. I used to go to the gym 5 days a week for different work out classes which I loved. When lock down hit, I was so depressed from not working out with others and couldn't motivate myself. Then somehow I discovered your videos. You really saved me from a deep depression. I have ENORMOUS GRATITUDE for you!!!

I have parkinson's and desperately been trying to lose the lockdown weight. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now every morning. My belly is beginning to shrink. Best thing is I can do it when my parkinson's is at it's worst. Thanks Joe x
Completed this one this morning as my local gym has now closed due to the corona virus. I knew I needed to keep active and these videos will do the job!
Just getting back into exercise - loved this, no repetitive exercises, kept me guessing. Brilliant.
These short exercise routines are perfect for my hectic work schedule. The elbow planks are always great - I can feel those instantly working!

Pre lockdown, I was unfit and fatter, I followed PE with Joe daily and post lockdown I'm feeling great! I had to do something as I worked too long hrs to pay the bills. These vids are easy to follow and I'm building up to as many reps and exertion as Joe - from a hugely appreciative 50 something! Inspired :)

Great idea
After doing the upper body work out my arms and shoulders needed a rest so I came back to this one. Still managed to work up a sweat and the time went by quickly. I really enjoyed this one, thanks Joe x p.s. I’m sure we all wish we were there!
10/10 pumped on a sweaty hot Monday night. Waited for the temp to drop so it was cooler when working out!

This was a great bolt-on after a quick punishing 10 minute Bodycoach HIIT. Kept my heart going reasonably fast with the squats and not much rest, and having some exercises we don't see all the time was a nice change. Plus the lush scenery - a great workout, thanks Joe.

normally do the all round body hiit workouts but 5 weeks after a collarbone break - and no upper body work possible - this is working out just nicely. thanks so much for this
I’ve followed the body coach on insta as I enjoyed the motivational aspects of it, but never partook in any of his fitness related things - I go to a gym and have my own routine etc. Recently I moved and getting to the gym after work was a lot harder. I came on here and googled home workouts and joes familiar face jumped out. Really enjoyed this and loved the fact he feels the burn too - felt like we were in the workout together!

Hey Joe. Monday 4th October 2020~ Beautiful tropical 🏝 scenery and just wishing I could be away somewhere tropical but due to Covid 19 travel restrictions and working. Splendid 20 minute tums, bums and legs workout and doing it Monday morning. To knock away these Monday blues and love 💕 your videos so much. Can’t wait to listen to your podcasts and do your other workouts. I was apart of your pe with Joe class 2020 and I am in my early twenties!

I completed this workout with my husband, it was a nice constructed workout. The time went so fast and the exercises weren’t so complex to perform💪🏽🔥 it defo got my sweat on and I felt the burn everywhere🧐

4 months ago when I was diagnosed as diabetic this would have been beyond the realms of my imagination and now I'm smashing it and getting non diabetic readings on my HBA1C, loving fitness 💕💕💕
