I loved this.i am recovering from an injiry and found this perfect it worked me, i did have to modify a couple of exercises but your smile and instructions kept me going. Definitely a new favourite of mine. Thank you ❤
@fionastillgoe6617, Well done! Standing pilates works so well with upper body recoveries. It's low-impact and has precise movements to stop you from re-injuring yourself. Keep smiling and moving! 😊
i cant believe just by standing i can sweat so much, still hard for a newbie like me.. my legs are shaking, my body were not balance and half way i got dizzy so i need to stop. but i will be back for sure, great excercise coz the challenge i feel make me addictive to your programmes. love it as always mira, i can thank you enough to introduce me to pilates that i enjoy and open up my mind about our body through movements.

Love this workout! Feels like my core is engaged the entire time and is a sneaky arm workout! Question: When I do the standing poses on one leg the leg that I am standing on starts to burn in the ankle/lower calve region. Is this a weight distribution issue or something else? Would love your insight!
Hello Carolyn. Yeah, this one is a sneaky full body workout. The burning feeling around the ankle and lower calves region is a sign that muscles in your feet and ankle are working to find balance. I would let it be but watch on your foot placement, alignment with your knee and hip. The foot and ankle will build strength over time. Body proprioception will improve too which makes balance work easier. If the burning gets too much, shake it off and get back into the workout again. Remember not to ‘sink’ into your standing legs. I’m releasing another standing workout shortly. Hope you enjoy that too 😀

I love your workouts. This workout is cut off on the floor exercises. I just stopped the recording and repeated the work on the opposite side of my body. I just thought you’d like to know.

imo this should be renamed as an exercise with hips/lower body focus tho. the term "full body" is a little misleading.
