Our sick society is one of the MAJOR reasons for the onset of this horrible illness. I know, because I was under a stressful situation years ago and ended up with Menniores because of my uneducated way of handling that situation. Meanwhile, I can say that God used my suffering to bring me closer to Him in a way that benefits both me and others….I am still on this journey, too. 🔬😇 it would helpful to have a way of interacting with others of like experience.🙂
Hey check out an upper cervical chiropractor they helped me out a lot. They can take X rays and see if your C1 atlas bone is out of position and then they do gentle corrections so it's not interfering with the spinal cord.

I was just diagnosed with this. It helps so much to see all these videos from doctors so I know what to do. I’m so upset to be diagnosed with this at my age (27) and the dizzy spells putting me out of commission is so scary. But I’m limiting sodium (today is day 1) and got meds from my doctor. I have my fingers crossed.
Hi how are you now? My sister got diagnosed with Menieries as well and I am looking for options and people everywhere that might help me to navigate through this. Any guidance will help alottt. Thanks in advance
@@urooobasheikh1796 hi! It has been a while now. I didn’t want to respond to you until it had been a few months. I’ve found that limiting sodium has helped tremendously, as well as managing stress through yoga and LOTS of water intake. I’m certainly no expert yet, I still have attacks, but I always keep my meds on me for when I need them (especially after I’ve gone out to eat as it’s hard to predict how much sodium is in restaurant food). I’ve also trimmed my pantry to make sure nothing in there has over 550mg of sodium so I can have a normal amount of food in a day. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, low sodium cheeses, and I’ve even found some options that are gluten free or vegan/vegetarian for things like pizza, Mac and cheese, and other staples I thought I’d never get to eat. I can’t say it has been wonderful, but it has been manageable.
@@awesomeamanda5267 Still have small amounts of sodium - spaced out over the day. However, also, Cream of Tartar (you know, for thickening gravy) has a lot of potassium. I put about a 1/4 teaspoon in water, and drink,, when I have that sinus ache across the bridge of my nose.

I have had middle ear reconstruction and a artificial ear drum. I had a tympanoplasty when I was 9. I am not 29 and the last 6 years I have been struggling to get a diagnosis for my Meniere's Disease. I am getting sent to another specialist to see how to treat with my unique ear situation and no other treatment has worked

Many neurological problems come from the C1 atlas bone in your neck being out of position and interfering with the brain stem. You should look into upper cervical care it really helped me immensely. They take precise X-rays to determine how to adjust the bone then do gentle corrections to fix the problem.
@@hrvojebozanovic There aren't many upper cervical chiropractors outside of US and Europe there are videos that show how to adjust atlas yourself maybe give one a try but I'm no doctor

“Burn itself out”? I beg to differ. I have seen it progress over time and get worse with more frequent attacks. I have a family member who has Meniere’s.
I tried eliminating salt, I got worse. I tried the diuretic, but if my blood pressure fluctuates at all I feel crazy sick. I haven't tried injections in the ear yet. I think I'd rather have some kind of surgery to get rid of the vertigo and pain (from pressure against my bones). 8-10 YEARS!?! ...So I have at least 5 years left... Got to tell ya, that is horrible. I HATE feeling pain and motion sickness.
University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver has an excellent otolaryngologist named Dr. Carol Foster, MD. She has found through research that acetazolamide (diamox) diuretic is very effective in reducing attacks and preserving hearing. I hope this information helps someone.
My sister is 32 years old and she has suffered from meniere disease for years and she always complains to me that I had to bought her Dr Madida herbs I saw on UA-cam and she is telling me last month that she is cured completely and don’t long have the symptoms like vertigo or dizziness, feeling of fullness in the ear or ringing, hearing loss, imbalance, motion sickness, nausea, or nystagmus
Hello dear Doctor, thank you so much for your awesome guidelines. But I have a query that, I am facing with vertigo problem for few years. Sometimes I feel a noise in my left ear n then I feel vertigo n then start vomiting n feel imbalanced. But I don't get any proper solution n medication for this disease to doctors in my country. They are calling meniere's disease which will not be cured properly. Just they have given a medicine to cure vertigo problem. Have any solution to you that I can overcome this problem? Please help me 🥺
Low sodium is the hardest diet I've come across The most difficult thing is few doctors know how or w want to treat me. I lost my initial great doctor to insurance change on his end Any tips on dealing with it on full moons?

The problem with lowering sodium, is that humans *need* salt for electrolyte health.
Exactly..I have a electrolyte imbalance..low sodium and potassium
.. no idea what to do
