When Should You Get Traditional Sinus Surgery?
My doctor gave me antibiotics for a sore throat but i have every symptom of tonsillitis but the doctor said they think an abcess may be forming and they gave me medication called clindamycin my left tonsil is swollen red and white stuff around it kind of scary so I wonder if a abcess will still form while I’m taking the antibiotics subscribed to me ?
How long does it take for the cough to go after taking the medication?
Love you
Hey guys please I need some encouragement, I feel pain and numbness and would my voice come back, also do I need to force my self to talk

I would like to ask if how long does the drainage stop? I had ear tube placement after month now and still there is green liquid drainage from my ear
I used it to unclog my left ear. It took 2 days because I was scared to use it for too long. I didn't go to a doctor because I was on a business trip, and I didn't know the area. So, I went to a pharmacy to get hydrogen peroxide - just to see if it would help. It creates a bubbling effect. It also turned my fingertips white, but that disappeared within a few hours. I dipped a piece of cotton wool into 3% hydrogen peroxide. I then inserted the dipped piece of cotton wool into my left ear while I was lying down on my right side (my left ear was facing up). As the solution bubbled (quite a lot) inside my ear, I used clean cotton wool pieces to absorb the peroxide solution. I did this for 2 days (10 minutes). Be careful when doing this - don't let it into your eyes. And wash your hands thoroughly before and after. It saved me quite a bit of money to do myself. However, I would rather just in the future go to a doctor as I didn't know whether it could damage my eardrum, etc. I was very hesitant with the solution, but I was also very grateful that it worked since I was quite desperate.
Oh my God this doctor just described all my symptoms. I do have acid reflux, but what was confusing for me is I don’t have the heartburn he just described everything from the clearing of the throat feeling like mucus in the back to the tickle in my throat that makes me wake up, coughing and choking at night, oh my God.
I am done with doctors.

Thank you for your video! You mentioned several symptoms of (laryngopharyngeal?) reflux. I have similar symptoms, but what prompted me to seek medical help is a more concerning issue: for the past few weeks, I’ve experienced sudden episodes where I feel choked all of a sudden and can't breathe through my nose or mouth. These episodes last for around 30 seconds (maybe more), during which I feel like I’m suffocating. My doctor prescribed a diet and medication, and also advised me on breathing techniques for these moments. However, the episodes still occur, especially when I sneeze, cough, or laugh. I’m particularly worried because I normally sneeze multiple times, and I fear what might happen if I sneeze more than once during an episode. These choking incidents remind me of when someone chokes while eating or drinking, but more severe. I don’t experience the usual burning sensation or other symptoms typically associated with reflux. Could this be related to LPR, or might it be something else? Other than these episodes, I feel fine. Thank you for your time and advice.
I was diagnosed with rhinosinusitis and tonsillitis, they swapped my throat. I have a few swollen lymph nodes and ear ache on one side along with post nasal drip and hoarse voice and it’s been on going for 2 and half months now .. I’m finally gonna see a ENT dr . I just pray it’s a chronic sinus infection and nothing more .. I do not have night sweats or losing weight or trouble swallowing so I can feel a little at ease , but this is super bothersome. Pray for me
One day I blew my nose really hard obviously harder than I should have and after I noticed my nose was constantly running and yes you hit it right on the DOT, it ramps up a lot more when you start to eat and will almost start dripping out of your nose like a waterfall, this problem is starting to get in the way of my life big time, I would honestly be for the procedure if I knew it was safe and effective and didn't have any side effects.
I would hate to have my ears earritated by H2O2.
Dr Emovon your commitment to helping people with bad breath and acid reflux) is truly remarkable. Thank you for spreading awareness about alternative solutions and providing hope to those who have bad breath and acid reflux. thank you Dr Emovon on UA-cam channel😊😊😊
Hopefully, Dr. Evans will respond to my comment under the video. I’m really trying to find a genuine solution to this awkward issue.

Does it alleviate the symptoms of the maxillary retention cyst if i got it remove?
I hate google, ut almost gave me heart attack saying its thyroid cancer
How risky is it to scuba dive with these cysts?
I have one in each sinus, one takes up almost all of one sinus and the other one takes half the room I always have a stuffy nose so bad that I have dreams where I can’t breath and I wake up with my nose clogged my ENT appointment isn’t until October 1st it’s horrible and it’s been this way for 2 years
I discovered I had bad breath and acid reflux at 22 years and have lived with it for 9 years, Honestly speaking it affects my life so bad that I could use any help to get rid of it which I couldn't find until last year when I saw a recommendation about Dr.Emovon on UA-cam curing Herpes virus, Hiv, Cancer, EBV, HPV and all kinds of disease. I quickly contacted him and used his prescribed medication for a month and immediately the treatment I went for another pap smear test that confirmed me cured... I am a living testimony from Dr Emovon on UA-cam channel good works....😊😊😊😊😊
I'm getting mine removed and scared! I had a saliva stone that was 1cm two years ago and got another one 6 months after the first was removed. I went to my ENT yesterday and they said surgery and explained everything to me. They aren't cutting under my jawline they are cutting down by my neck. My doctor kept saying if they make a mistake they will try their best to fix it or they will pay for therapy, he told me this a few times. I'm not looking forward to this surgery!
hey, any update?
on my 6th day .... its actually very painful process 🤞🤞
I'm a combat medic veteran. On 82, my throat was burned in the military by a hydrazine fuel leak. Hydrazine is an oxygen scavenger toxin. Treated with steroids and inhaler. Loud barking cough. Went away. 85, I spent 3 days in pulmonary intensive care because of a toxic trapped air space leak of chlorobutadiene. An acetylene chlorine gas. Another loud barking cough. Steroids again. Until covid, it ALWAYS went away before with throat coat tea and simple round of steroids. My lungs are fine. My throat is screwed. It responds to nothing. No nebulizer, steroids, nerve blocks, botox, zip. I have an EXTREMELY loud barking cough and I can no longer talk. I sound like a walrus with croup and a praying donkey. I wish someone could figure out an answer for this. My ENT is sending me to Cleveland clinic. I cough over 800 to 1000 times a day. It's driving my pulse nuts. It is as if oxygen angers my throat. You can see it actually vibrating with I bark. Since covid, it scares people. And annoys them. And me.
I work at an ENT currently and I love it. I’m at the front desk but I love learning about this.
I have a small lump in my neck and I can see something sitting or growing on my left Tonsil. I have mild pain swallowing food but when I drink it doesn't hurt. No cough, no shortness of breath but the thingy on my left tonsil hurts when I touch it. Gonna see the doc today.
How did your check up turn out??
Had my Tonsilectomy and septoplasty at one go. On my 5th day after surgery. Luckily no bleeding as of Now. Yes lil bit of pain in my throat and fully blocked nasals. Feel myself lucky to undergo a surgery by Dr. Gautam Khaund and team.
I just had the same surgery a week ago. Just had the plastics removed from my nose yesterday…what a relief. So far so good for me. Hope u had a speedy recovery
is biopsy done before tonsil surgery?
do blood test show something about this ?
I'm having Pain on my left submandibular gland. I Got A Ct Scan told me it can be a tumor or block saliva gland with mucus. I'm seeing the ENT soon. Then getting a MRI hopefully everything turns out okay. Thank you for this video
hey, any update?
What is you have a mucus retention cyst within the Sphenoidal sinus?
Omg thank you
Hello, I really don't believe I have cancer just wanted to mention I have had this problem too long. Now I have been battling strep for too long, I cry alot from the pain. I have had really sharp pain with knot on side, pain in one ear mainly. Another smaller knot by my ear. Pain covers entire right side of head, tender sore pain on scalp. All this will not go away even taking antibiotics. The pain daily in my throat, is the worst, and like I mentioned, now I hv strep Went to clinic but they just look at me with a blank look on their face.
There is a huge cyst on left side and as per reports the differentials include :odontogenic keratocyst, dentigerous cyst and unilocular ameloblastoma. They are saying removing of bone as its eroding along with this water filled cyst and even upper part of mouth. But can't only enucleation be enough.
What kind of doctors ? ENT?
I’m watching with subtitles
Only got olive oil 😢
Excellent presentation!
Can it go away with just antibiotics if it is caught early without being drained
Laser works Best
I had this procedure done today and I have an incredible amount of empathy going forward if I hear anyone who has this. The last few days before getting this procedure and getting antibiotics today, Peritonsillar Abscess was the most pain I had ever experienced in my life. I couldn't eat/drink, sleep or talk the last couple days. After this procedure and only 1 day of antibiotics I can eat again and I'm looking forward to finally getting sleep again for the first time in a week. Yay! Thank you doctors for what you do.
