I had this last Feb- 2020. It lasted until the end of April of this year- 2021. I had to get a second opinion and the second doctor I saw gave me a sheet with 10 exercises to do. Healed me but took over a year. I have light symptoms to this day but im having more better days than bad days. These exercises TRULY worked and I feel helped me tremendously. Good luck everyone.

I recently had an ischemic stroke and spent 11 days in a hospital for treatment, then to be moved to a rehabilitation center for appropriate therapy and recovery. Unfortunately, the VA denied me from getting vocational and occupational therapy and was subsequently sent home. I have been studying on how to assist myself in my recovery but had difficulty discovering information until I found this video. Thank you so very much.

And why did the vestibular therapist not do any of this with my mom? Just months of sitting standing moving imaginary books up & down etc...wouldn't do an epily maneuver for nothing...always claiming it could cause more harm with bp's...meanwhile left that dude... found a dif ent altogether...he did epily on the spot...dizziness all gone! Im sure with these exercises dizziness may never come back. Thank you for posting this.

I'm back at it recently , but feel as if this is something that just has to be part of my regular regimen . The music in the video reminds me of something you might hear in a 70's thriller movie . 😀

I just recently commented on another video and I wanted to leave one here. I have been trying these exercises for almost 3 weeks and I have not felt any improvement at all. I am not even sure if it is dizziness now. And I just saw a comment where someone asked if these exercises help with feelings of imbalance, in my case no they don't but that doesn't mean mean they won't help other people. I realize that I'm not the only one who is suffering from this issue but it doesn't make me feel any better. For now I can only say best of luck to everyone besides myself suffering with vestibular issues. This stuff really sucks bad.

My opinion is not based on any established scientific knowledge, but I think there is the fourth thing that contributes to balance, and that is hearing, which provides passive echolocation. Even if you have your eyes closed, you can still judge your position in space based on noises.

I would advise doing the whole four minutes at once, work your way to bed but I bet by just doing one or two of the exercises and adding as you feel able. I would not do the exercises when you’re dizzy. Find a time when you feel somewhat stable and then just do a few. Yes, I too have a constant buzzing or a hissing sound to be more precise in my right ear along with a feeling of congestion, severe dizziness and extremely poor balance. My doctor says it's bppv. I've tried the exercises, but nothing really seems to work. 🥴🌀

This sounds more akin to labyrinthitis, or Ménière’s Disease. I would try to see an ENT specialist - accurate diagnosis is so important.

Jibon I too had vertigo due to inner ear problem dr gave medicine which he changed every 3 months which helped a little ,basically if vertigo is due to inner ear problem (vestbular canals )then these medicine have no effect,if due to defficiency of vit D3 & B12 &u take suppliments along with vit rich food so can recover as soon as vit defficiency is OK otherwise vestbular exercises for inner ear balancing are helpful which is the only solution as our eyes, ear &feet (skin) all together give signal to ear choelera which sends msg to brain which controls body position, in case any one signal(from any three( all are double ) differs then accordingly brain behaves & u have vertigo the spinning /dizziness ,unless &until these 3 signals sychronize u will feel dizziness ,if cured with some medicine ok otherwise u have to do exercises which are only solution as per my experience, even then plz consult ur doctor who can diagnose the actual problem

Bcz spinning (vertigo ) is mainly due to inner ear balancing problem.Nothing to worry it is curable & no life threatening. Unless any one falls & have head injury. I pray for u &be positive no tension,Vertigo of any kind is curable but if properly diagnosed some medicines & exercises are most helpful.u can search on U tube or Google for ur problem but get knowledge only no medicine ur self bcz all medicine are for different cause may be anti to each other so dr can advice
