1992 General Flagg G.I. Joe review

This is a review of the GI Joe team's senior officer, General James Longstreet Flagg III, son of the original GI Joe team's General Flagg (after whom the USS Flagg aircraft carrier is named). He never appeared in the original Marvel comic (but his 1993 variant did in a comic insert called "Mountain Trouble"). Oddly enough, the original General Flagg was made into an action figure in 2004 and his filecard stupidly copies the information from his son's filecard. A pretty cool looking figure that comes with a working catapult...wait, what?
