    👍👊👍 Amazing ab routine❣ The transition was well thought of and smooth. I didn't even notice that 20 minutes was up until I saw Sophie's wave👋. I really enjoyed this workout (honestly - your workouts are all doable and something to go back to). Thank you!!!❤🤗🙏 .... abs are still feeling the burn 👌✌ I will definitely do this again!

    Do we have to keep our necks elevated the whole time for it to be effective? My neck hurts!

      I think it makes it more effective on your stomach but I stop after my neck hurts

      You should keep ur neck up for sure but if it does start to hurt just hold ur head with ur hands and it will be just as effective ♥️

      Just keep your neck up as long as you can and if you feel cramping or pain then put it down. Read your body. You know it better than anyone else 💕

      You should always keep your spine in a neutral place otherwise you are actually straining your back muscles. Do to this, keep your head level but still lifting your neck, look up not in.

      If you notice, even Sophie gets her neck down during the exercise, it makes an extra effort on your abs, but if it starts to hurt, you should stop.❤

    Day 1: dead 😵 spirit typing.
    | hey all! I am starting this workout from today onwards. I don’t have much fat. Around 20-30 % but I DONT HAVE PACK ABS AND I WANT THEM!. Actually, I did it once 4 days ago and after that my abdomen was SORE sore. So I gave up. But now I am starting again. This workout so SOO hard that I am taking every fourth day as rest.
    Day2: okay-ish-ly done.
    Day3: nice! 👌 I did everything except the leg circles because my legs were starting to get weak. I think I am improving and definitely see the results.

    got my daily crunches in, but that is super needed since god told me it is totally possible to build a 34pack instead of an 8pack if you do enough reps 🤗

    Hoi, ik heb tijdens zulke oefeningen altijd last van mijn heup. Als ik bijvoorbeeld op mijn rug lig met benen in de lucht en dan benen recht naar de grond, dan knakt mijn rechterheup. Of bv bij 2:48 . Of bijvoorbeeld met een v zit, dan krijg ik kramp in mijn heup. Dus alle abs oefeningen dat je je benen van de grond doet en weer terug. Heb je hier tips voor? Want ik kan vaak veel oefeningen voor abs niet doen doordat mijn heup dan zeer doet en het knakt. Liefs, xx

      When that happens, start to do a modified version of it, simple crunches or stop all together. The back pain may be a result of other things but this means, we have to correct our form and sometimes it’s also your body saying you are fatigued from the workout. Keep up the good work! Do you like plank workouts?

    Day 1: Died.⚰💐
    Day 2: Alright y'all, comin' outta the casket now. I definitely feel sore and can feel the burn happening. I feel a lot stronger and got through the entire video. Of course I see no visible abs yet but I'm excited to keep going.
    Day 3: Very sore, don't see much of a difference just yet but when I suck in I'm starting to see a more defined stomach and the outline of my abs. My biggest problem is my bloating...😪 I still don't know how she does them toe touches bro. She a boss.
    Day 4: Sore but seeing some changes. See yall tomorrow.
    Day 5: A breeze. I'm *feeling* the difference. Them toe touches still be a B* though. Still no visual difference yet :/
    Day 6: IM CONQUERING THE TOE TOUCHES!!! It's definitely getting a lot easier but damn, no difference!!? I still got some of my lower belly chub, so I'll start doing a belly fat exercise. I'll resort to doing this exercise In the morning, and the belly fat exercise in the evening/night.
    Day 7: Hey! I'm starting to feel nauseous while doing these so tomorrow (day 8) I'll take a break and only do the belly fat exercise. Bye!

    Hey! That was back in 2023. I started to feel nauseous while doing the exercise, and not taking enough breaks to allow my ab muscles to heal. I'm back in 2024 and started a few days ago aswell as starting the daisy keech hour glass workout to accentuate my hour glass. Just to note guys, I already have an hour glass. That workout was just to accentuate it further. So if you don't naturally have an hour glass it may not work as fast for you. But Y'ALL! I HAVE ABS! I only have 4 rn LMAO but more work and dedication I'm goona have a nice lookin stomach! This workout is amazing and 10/10 recommend. And that's from somebody who hates exercises. I mean I was raising my hand to ask a question yesterday in class and my arm started cramping. Have a good one and I wish well on all of you!❤

    Gonna be tracking my progress per day, Day 1: probably didn’t do all exercises with right form, sweating a lot, can definitely feel different kinds of muscles in my abdomen pounding 😭
