I have neck pain due to bad posture can i still do this workout? My doctor told me not to flex my neck too much...a lot of these exercises have that neck flexing...can i still do this🥺
Упражнениями на пресс жир не сожжЁшь! Жир-это калории. 1гр жира-9 калорий. 100гр жира-900 кал. 1000гр( 1 кг). - 9000 кал. На животе(если пресс не видно) жира килограмма 2. Но так как при сжигании калорий жир горит везде или там, где задумает организм, при сжигании калорий жир не будет гореть на животе. Значит надо просто сжигать жир на всем теле. А на всём теле его гораздо больше. Килограмм 10 надо сжечь. Считаем: 1 кг жира=1000кал. 10 кг жира =10 000 кал. Считаем дальше. Вот эта тренировка даже не вспотела её. Значит горело мало калорий, так как мало расщепилось клеток и , соответственно, мало выделилось тепла. Поэтому остужать( выделять пот для остужения) себя организму не понадобилось. Вот она и не вспотела. Думаю калорий 100 она потратила за тренировку. Отсюда вывод- сжигать жир на животе этой тренировкой бесполезно. Для примера- езда на велотренажёре в течение часа потратит 400 кал. Это 40 гр жира. Представьте себе, как это непросто и долго, ехать на велотренажёре в течение часа. Кроме того ,сжигая 100калорий, вы не сожжёте калории конкретно жира. Из этих калорий вы сожжёте 30 калории углеводов, 30 калорий белков и 30 калорий жира. Короче писать- не переписать. Вывод один. Нужно выполнять высокообьемную работу. Не лёжа, не сидя, а двигаясь активно, с прыжками, с отягащениями, создавая стрессовую нагрузку, заставляющую организм мощно тратить энергию!
