Karuna Hospital is literally 500 meters from the apartment building. What are they talking about? It's not a small hospital by any means.
Borivali West is a lovely suburb and a lot greener than many other places in Mumbai.

Since building modification is a capital expenditure, what does the rental agreement say about it if you decide to vacate the place? Does the landlord adjust it from his end or some other agreement can be reached? What happens if the landlord wants his place in the default condition without any changes?
