Bangalore makes a good case study on ' How Politicians kill a city' . Water shortage is already a reality in Bangalore . And many areas have Electricity cuts often . Traffic is badly managed & so are roads not adequate for Bangalore's traffic --- traffic congestion is an absolute nightmare
Bangalore was once known for huge old trees alongside roads & in pockets of green areas. Now these are rapidly disappearing..
The weather of Bangalore is also changing & summers are getting much hotter .
    Bangalore is
becoming a difficult city to live in . And expensive ------ water, electricity, rent , daily commute & travel within city ...

I am from Delhi NCR, living in bangalore, because of the weather vibe. It took me 4 days to learn kannda script, as it is equivalent to hindi. I am now learning Kannada as well. So there are north indians too who want to learn local language.
It's only when I booked a flat I felt bangalore will be a long term thing for me and then I started learning the language. Most people who don't learn are in doubts about their long term plan.

So if you're studying or in a job that involves moving to a new place away from home, that obviously comes with the territory, whether it's inter-city, interstate, or even international for that matter.
