I think tenant is deliberately not asking the owner to paint the house to keep the rent low...the house is massive and very well ventilated compared to Mumbai Standards....If the owner spends just 50-60k for basic painting, rent can easily go up by 5-10k

2 King Beds is not California King, It's Kalina King Size Bed!
Apartment is such shabbily kept. And Cameraman directly focuses inside the commode. 😅😅

He is a serious citizen,so understandable that he may not hv the inclination or resources or strength to keep the house clean, but what about his 2 sons, for heaven sakes, pls clean up the kitchen n toilets especially when you know they are going to be showcased on social media. You need serious help! Uncle bol rahe hain mera apmt crores ka value hain toh life style bhi thoda reasonably match hona chahiye na..

Uncle is old, but at least uncles son can at least keep the house clean for their aged parents. Vibe of home also matters, just size and venitalation se kya hoga?

I'm Mumbai born and I know its a maximum city, but the houses are minimal chawls, they are throwing around terms like huge space and massive for 800 sqft spaces.
Meanwhile in Bangalore I feel my 2000+ sqft house with land is tiny, both my flats are 1200 sqft odd and feel super cramped. Seeing these videos though, I should feel blessed.

It's not even a comparison!! Prices in Mumbai & Bengaluru are scaled differently. 🥴🥴

Comparison word ka meaning samajhta hai. Aise to Noida me chale ja tere rent me bunglow AA jayega kya bevkoof ban Rahi hai Bangalore me. Ya fir tier 2 city me ja waha saamne wala apnai property like dega tere naam pe itne me. Unpadh logo ki Kami nhi hai. Aur humko bhi pata hai prestige ki reality naam bade aur quality construction ghatiya.

It's not always easier to be a tenant. If the landlord is a miser, they expect extremely high rent with poor flat condition , in such a case the tenants end up spending a lot more than say 12 months of rental amount in a year with no assurance that they will get even part of their deposit back despite being regular with rent payment.

Hey Vishal, so called real estate “SoBo” boy, can you show some more terrible house in Mumbai? Lol. Why not cover shanties, slums, chawls, tents etc? This guy never tires from repeating ad nauseam on Twitter that he lived for x years in SoBo. Yet these are the kind of houses he is covering. lol. Dare to show your own home on the show?
