Post the full unedited, uncut interview with officer Chapman. It is essential to restore public trust. Unless there is some reason for not being transparent.
In NC, only the courts and a Judge can decide what a department can release in terms of body camera footage, even when a Police Department or Sheriff wants to release more information.
Why? You already know everything; he was arrested and then charged. Stop the weird conspiracy nonsense, this entire thing was straight forward and transparent.
I absolutely agree 100 percent, The way the cops were acting if that man doesn't catch Chapman he wouñd have lost that money and the women was looking at Chapman siting in his cop car stuffing something in the door, I could see it she for sure could see it and she wasn't bout to do that, congrats my brother, handled well.😊😊
This department is showing just how despicable all law enforcement/the blue-line truly are. The deference and favoritism shown to this criminal is stomach turning. It wouldn't be bad at all if every subject was treated this humanely but, as we all know, they are not. Most people are treated as though they are absolute trash with no value whatsoever. All people should be thought of and treated with the same respect as this man has been and will be treated. I hope that everyone can see the problem now!
So the scales of justice are “supposed to be” blind. Why do they get special treatment during an arrest of their own? Why was there a minimization mentality practiced when it came to charges for Chapman instead of proactively looking for other charges to stack on to the original charge such as for being deceptive, hindering an investigation and lying to a leo during an investigation that regularly is encouraged by fellow 👮 on the scene during an arrest with a civilian?
I can almost guarantee you that the reason he stole his money was because he thought every black man who had money was a drug dealer and didn’t know how much they had but when you worked hard for your money, you know exactly how much you have
I agree to your whole comment but let's just say "drug dealer demographic " instead of referring to a human being as a color. We're all red man. We bleed and love all the same.

Release Chapman's interrogation. My grandfather spent 28 years working for you people and he would be disgusted.
Anyone else notice that at 16.39 that they run a red light?
7:20 also. Bro why they running red lights :/ To be honest some of these police officers are goofy respectfully.
So Chapman quit. What police dept. is he working for now?
One of the ones that doesn't know he's a thief.

What was the purpose for this video..show his interrogation and his body cam footage🤬
To try and confuse us. They think that we are stupid that's why they have so many videos of this incident all over the place.
Embezzlement? Grand Theft seems more appropriate. Is this something in that state's legal system - or a way for the charges to disappear??
Charges to disappear of course.
Can't be grand theft. Has to be $1,000 or more. That's why he only took $900.
Post his interview.. really be transparent
Avg salary is $70k & he risks it all for chump change. Unbelievable
16:39 ran a red w/ no lights or sirens
Nobody on the Streets. It's 3am.
@@pillettadoinswartsh4974 ok... do that right in front of a cop at 3am and see what happens lmao
Post the interview.
That ant my money !

I can’t agree to accuse a black person of being a drug dealer because he has all that money?
