    Super nice JIT workouts. I dobthem every morning after Meditation so i train my soul and body, now i am going to make Cacao and play wordfeud and learn Spanish to train my brain

    This was probably my most favorite cardio workout, Oli! You interlaced high intensity with low(er) intensity moves which meant I didn’t have to pause the workout. I am so proud of myself that I was even able to do the power push-ups at the end!! 😁😁😁 And of course, you had some Abs at the end which I love in any kind of workout. Thanks, Oli!

    Great workout. Short, varied, effective. I burned 149 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.
