This was probably my most favorite cardio workout, Oli! You interlaced high intensity with low(er) intensity moves which meant I didn’t have to pause the workout. I am so proud of myself that I was even able to do the power push-ups at the end!! 😁😁😁 And of course, you had some Abs at the end which I love in any kind of workout. Thanks, Oli!
