For those of you reading this comment, you really shouldn’t be. I was planning on going to the gym in an hour told myself I’d do this workout. Was just an excuse I probably wouldn’t have gone, I took off my shirt and started doing this in my living room. I’m 5 minutes in, had to take multiple breaks I couldn’t continuously do lunges etc, but here I am at 6 minutes writing this out because I actually had to pause to catch my breath. This is your sign, just get up, wherever you are what we your doing no one cares. Do it now

This one killed me would you doing this 2 times a week and alternating between other workouts would be sufficient? I have been doing your workouts for 3 years but I’m looking for a consistent summer rotation

Just before the end at 96%, doing the switch climbers, I felt happy and sad at the same time and thought: it’s not a real Tiff&Dan HIIT workout without burpees. Then the finisher apoeared 🔥 🥵😅💪🏽
I've been following along with your videos since 2020 now and i still don't feel or see a difference, now 3 years later... I even eat what my personal trainer friend tells me to. What could i be doing wrong??... I feel more and more broken down the more i work out.

Great HIIT workout. I didn’t get the finisher burpees but will do it in the next session when I come back for more.
This one is hard. I stayed with it all the way but suffered. Surprisingly hard on abs. When this is easy I know I'll be where I want.
