I love moving with you Charlie! You inspire me to keep growing my practice! I’ve been moving with yoga for years but find it difficult to move on to more challenging poses. How do you recommend growing my practice and evolving the level of difficulty? Should I be repeating practices on a regular basis, add in other movement modalities, etc? Any resources you recommend reading, etc. Any pointers are appreciated. Looking forward to trying this practice again after a few days. Thank you 😊

This is an excellent class. I really like these 20 minute videos that cover some challenging positions like crow and flying lizard, because it helps me to get some movement in as a break from work since I sit all day for work! Helps me to keep up my practice with these poses since I might not necessarily see them in an in-person yoga class I do on any given week. Thanks!

Love these 20 minute classes - sweat it out in a short amount of time The side-angle binds + bow pose were my favourites - great stress releaser. Still trying to figure out crow and challenging puppy pose .

Your the best I’m weightlifter been doing yoga for like 11 months through classes 2-3 times a week ,but love your style and the way you break stuff down. You definitely got a new subscriber and I will be doing your yoga 2-4 times a week. Plus I will still be working out in the gym, I feel since I started yoga all my lift went up. My flexibility are better on my squats. I feel better Breath better everything and im a manfeeling the best my health and im oldwe im always getting told I look so young, I eat good workout hard thanks for everything and thanks for sharing this. Oh my goodness loved this practice! I always avoid anything that says "power" or "strong" because I'm afraid I won't be able to do it but I did it! Every pose! Yep I rolled over in my headstand but I got right back to it. Just a testament to your teaching ❤ I've been practicing with you for maybe 2 years now and it's because of you that I have the strength and endurance to power through flows. Good morning coach, I was lazy today, I woke up late, I tricked my mind again and this time I worked for twenty five minutes, it was great, thank you for being there.
I think I've graduated to the advanced level! I was able to complete most of the poses successfully. However, I'm still woking on the head stand and crow poses. Once I get over the fear of falling on my face, I'd be well on my way to the intermediate level lol. Again, thank you Charlie for another great class!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you charlie ❤, with this class i just wanted to share with you when started to do head stand on my own I fell down many times but finally I learned it but took me some time with pain as I fell, but when i started with you I could able to do the crow pose without any struggle now and even while practiced initially also never felt I cant, which is building me confidence toward hand stands Im sure I will do it one day 😊
Really this routine was awesome.what I loved was that you speak English so I was able to do just by listening also . Moreover those poses were extremely great and fun to do . Please keep making videos. Also you were guiding how to do .

I wasn't able to do all of the poses, but I did finally hold crow for 1 or 2 seconds, and I can feel progress with my flying lizard. I'm so excited!

The flying lizard was particularly challenging. I modified it so I had one hand on the ground. The rest of the class was awesome 👍
