- This multi purpose tote bag will work very well if suing a sturdy fabric, such as canvas or denim. I am adding some links for videos about different kind of handles, just in case you find them useful.

Materials:
Main fabric:
- 2 pieces for the body of the bag : 23" x 13 "
- 1 piece for the base : 14 1/2" x 8"
- enough fusible fleece or foam for the all the pieces of main fabric
Lining fabric:
- 2 pieces for the body: 23" x 13"
- 1 piece for the base: 14 1/2" x 8"
- enough firm fusible interfacing for all the pieces of lining fabric.
Handles:
- I used 2 length of leather 28" x 2 "
- I also used fusible foam 23 1/2" x 1 1/2" to line the leather
I also used:
- herringbone tape (webbing) 8.2 feet x 1 " . It has to be long enough to go around the top edge and the bottom.
- A big needle
- cotton string
