- This bag is easy and quick to make, it does not need a lining and most cotton fabrics would be suitable.
MATERIALS:
- 2 pieces of fabric : 17" wide x 19 1/2" long
- 2 pieces of fabric: 17" x 2" for the handle pieces.

Marcella, I wanted to let you know that I made this bag. My second one turned out a little better than the first which is to be expected. I wanted to send you a video, but I am not able to post it here. It was fairly easy to understand. The only thing was that I ended up reinforcing the handle a little bit on the second one and unfortunately you can see it because my fabric is one color and my handle is another color. When I make the next one, I will try to make sure I reinforced the handle first before I finish it. That way you won’t be able to see where I stitched it.
