How to Make an Apron

Just something different today, I had made the flowery apron sometime ago and my daughter liked very much saying she was surprised that I had not done a tutorial about it. I had remnants of a fabric that I had bought at a vintage fair a couple of years ago and the quality is ideal for this purpose.
MATERIALS that i used :
I suggest you check that the dimensions are suitable for you, first, although, I think these measurements will suit most people.
For the top: 1 piece 13" wide x 13 1/2"
For the skirt: 1 piece 38" wide x 23". If you want more pleats OR bigger pleats, you will have to add those measurements to the width of the skirt.
For the pocket: 2 pieces 9 1/2 x 9 1/2
for the waist piece : 1 piece a couple of inches longer than the width of the skirt AFTER you have done the pleats and side seams x 3" wide. Mine was 38" x 3" .
For the side tabs: 2 pieces 5 x 2 1/2"
For the straps: 2 pieces 67" x 4 *** you might prefer them shorter, so please check that the length is suitable for you.
Optional: enough binding tape for the pocket as shown and ribbon of your choice to add extra detail.
