The Karen-a-virus is creating the Karen-Pocalypse and ushering in a Karen World Order.
‘’Scientific societies are as yet in their infancy… It is to be expected that advances in physiology and psychology will give governments much more control over individual mentality than they now have even in totalitarian countries. Fitche laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished. Diet, injections(vaccines) and injunctions will combine, from very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible...’’ - Bertrand Russell, 1953
“If the people knew what we had done, they would chase us down the street and lynch us.” - George H.W. Bush
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State. The bigger the lie, the easier the sheeple will believe it.” - Joseph Goebbels
Did you notice how everybody in the media/idiot box(aka teLIEvision) is smirking/smiling? Yeah.
''Tell a lie often and loud enough the sheeple will believe it. The bigger, more absurd/ridiculous the lie, the easier the sheeple will believe it.'' - Adolf Hitler
''We will know our propaganda/disinformation program is complete when EVERYTHING the unwashed idiot box(t.v.) worshiping Stockholm Syndrome/ Milgram Syndrome/ Normalcy Bias Syndrome/ Cognitive Dissonance Syndrome suffering masses believe is a LIE.'' - Operation Mockingbird

      id2020.org
“Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government.” -Dr. Henry Kissinger, Evians, France, 1991
“Our job is to give people not what they want, but what we decide they ought to have.” -Richard Salant, former president, CBS News
“We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.” -David Rockefeller, Baden-Baden, Germany 1991
“Fundamental Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000, when America will be part of a one-world global society and their children will not fit in.” -Nebraska State Sen. Peter Hoagland, radio interview, 1983.
“Some even believe we are a part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty and I am proud of it.” -David Rockefeller, Memoirs.
“The interests behind the Bush administration, such as the CFR, the Trilateral Commission - founded by Brzezinski for David Rockefeller - and the Bilderberg Group have prepared for and are now moving to implement open world dictatorship within the next five years.” -Dr. Johannes Koeppl, Former German Ministry for Defence official and advisor to NATO
To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men, their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism and religious dogmas.” -G. Brock Chisholm, co-founder of the World Federation for Mental Health, former director of UN World Health Organization
“None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.” - Johann W. von Goethe
“If the New World Order agenda is not realized by the terrorist attacks on America and if American’s don’t agree to give up their weapons and relinquish their sovereignty to the New World Order, the next attack will be the use of chemical, biological and/or atomic warfare against the American people. The architects of the New World Order will not hesitate to use as a last resort an atomic or hydrogen bomb in a major American city.” -Reference Op Ed page of the New York Times 9/24/01

16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

I always rinse the rice before cooking it... you never know what's in it, it COULD have lots of dust particles from the warehouse or factory it was shipped to and from, chemical/pesticides residuals, bug carcasses or droppings from bugs or rats if the warehouse is filthy, etc etc etc... it's always better to rinse it a few times even if it looks clean!

It also helps to reduce the starch content. I also parboil it, strain and then put in in a pot with some thin slices of butter on top and bake it for half an hour. Fluff after cooling. I also boil it with Himalayan salt, some cardoman, big cardoman or two, a broken stick of cinnamon, a couple of bay leaves and a few cloves. The smell and flavor comes out lovely but you can't do it this way in a rice cooker.

Stans a really cool guy, but he is obviously taking some form of additional steroid compound/s supplemented in with his regular diet as there is no way that you can get that type of muscle shape and overall definition in his body just by eating red meat and training alone.
He has a very extensive bodybuilding background which blatantly gives this away.
He states that he also helps Brian Shaw and Thor with dietary advice, but people dont understand that both Shaw and Thor were insanely massive way long before they ever met Stan Efferding.

If you listen to his other content, he cooks this because it’s easier to chew and get the nutrients and he likes the taste better, meaning he’s more likely to adhere to the diet, and every other complaint is pointless. He engages the Dr. plenty. Try learning instead of whining. If you don’t like it then don’t implement it.

If you look it up it actually has ZERO grams of potassium and loads of extra vegetable broth from a concentrated stock as well as having NO CHICKEN BONES ON THE INGREDIENT LABEL. The bluebird brand only has two ingerdients, water and bones. The Take Stock brand lists meaty chicken bones on theirs as an active ingredient and doesn't list any extracts or extra flavorings. In my opinion the Costco/Kirkland brand is the WORST brand he could have possibly chosen.

He's just trying to get in the adequate calories and nutrients daily, at a certain point, when you're eating the same thing daily, it's just easier to throw some shit together and eat it. I'm sure he could make a nice steak and roasted potatoes + mushrooms dinner if he wanted to, but that's just not time efficient when you're eating 4+ meals a day. @@AML45610 um no. I know what 100% is thanks. I used to track every meal, no matter how awkward, persuade my friends/gf to only go places that showed macros/calories. I would avoid social occasions and shun my friends because I didn't want to have to eat something different from my plan, or miss any sleep or drink alcohol that could add extra calories, reduce muscle or mess up a workout. I would workout pretty much no matter where I was or how awkward it made things for others. I would measure bodyfat, how many hours of sleep I got, stare in the mirror constantly etc. After nearly 5 years of becoming more and more obsessed I had little to show for it and my mental health and self esteem was in the toilet.
Once I started being more normal, stopped tracking calories, stop recording my sleep, stop worrying about how my body looked where my bf% was, I began to feel a lot better. I noticed that once my bodyfat was at a relatively normal level I didn't really care about it anymore. Getting lean was like a disease for me once I was there it fucked with me constantly. Being normal allowed me to actually enjoy life again, and what a surprise I started making some of my best gains in the gym. Some of the biggest and strongest natural guys I know personally are the same way, they don't let lifting weights consume or define them, it's just something they enjoyed doing, and so kept doing for years or decades whilst living normal lives.

Hey Stan, can i give u an advise ? What about eating veggies with meat, it's more healthier for u, u have more fiber, u go to toilet more regular, and u prevent bowl cancer because u not just eating meat by itself. What about some spices, like cummin pepper n paprika, they also keep the cancer away n the meat tastes better. Turmeric too is an anti cancer number one. I can't understand why a lot of people everywhere even in Australia they just eat meat, when we have a lot of fresh veggie laying around. U can buy frozen veggies it's easy to open the bag and throw them on the stake if u don't like to wash them and cut them like me. u Forgot the eggs too, they are the best and complete and they lower the cholesterol too. And please don't waste that foil, u can use it again n again. please recycle. I wish u good health.
