    1. blood test, 2. hormone optimization (remedy deficiency), 3. sleep is paramount, 4. training: short blocks broken up with deload phase (4 weeks increasing load, followed by deload of 50%, then restart the load at ~85% of last loading phase), 5. nutrition notes (vertical dieting philosophy): quality calories to create best gut biome, frequency over calories, post-workout carb load (white rice), micro-nutrient dense food, steak over chicken, eat carrots and cook spinach peppers and squash (minimal fart bubbles), drink orange juice (stimulates thyroid), milk before bed, adequate minerals and electrolytes.

    I'm interested in learning more about PEDs.
    I wish more body builders were open about their past use of PEDs so the community didnt have this huge elephant in the room every time theres a discussion about anything training related.
    Ive seen heroin addicts talk more openly about what they use and yet theyre the people the cops hunt down the most.
    No cop gives a shit about steroid users, and they cant persecute you for past tense story telling even if they wanted to.
    Which is why I wish the community would talk more openly about it instead of looking like hypocrites.
    I personally dont care who does and doesnt use them, but they are a big part of the body building community.
    It should be known to outsiders, and young kids that look up to these people and wanna be big and strong like them one day when they grow up.

    • @Chedda3000music
      @Chedda3000music 4 роки тому +1

      Broseph Thomas that’s a great analogy about heroin users and I agree strongly about wishing people were more open about their gear use so the audience (especially the young ones) don’t have this misconception about how big and strong they can be, then become disheartened when their progress is much slower than a person that would be on gear.
      But I can see the reasoning of these popular fitness community people not talking about that because they need to sell their products since they can’t sell PEDs and Anabolic steroids, they have to make their audience think that all they need is their elixir of BS products that they sell and they can look just like them!

    39:00 Small nitpick. The reason steak is so expensive has nothing to do with its nutrient content. It's simple supply and demand. Steak tastes better, more people want to eat it, so they can sell it for more. If price was based on nutrients, calf liver would be the most expensive meat by a long shot, but it's usually extremely cheap because no one likes eating it.

    Meanwhile no mention of how exactly to fix bad sleep. What about high cortisol levels and how they affect sleep? what about use of AAS and how it affects sleep? What about nutrition timing and sleep? What about using glycine to optimize sleep and reduce cortisol? Just sleep better cuz it's important???

    A good man, but is he saved , when he stands before God he wont be rewarded for benching 600lbs, you must be born again ,Jesus gave His Perfect Life for our imperfect lives , in other words we cannot ever be good enough to get to Heaven without repenting , believing and receiving Jesus there is nothing sadder than the truth that all your sin and all your past is forgiven but never believing it, the bible defines evil as an unbelieving heart, psalm 15 says “ the fool has said in his heart there is no God, Dont miss Heaven even your pets are there thats a great reason to get saved. Hell was created for satan and his fallen beings but we are sinners because of what we are ( inherited) Please dont go to hell. Check out mary baxter divine revelation of hell , Jesus weeps when he walks through hell because He loves His creation they cry out but its too late they had many opportunities on earth to believe but they chose their path, many people say “Jesus is alright by me but the question is are you right with Him. You must be born again

    You should edit this and bring up the AUDIO on all others- its just too hard to listen too when the presenter is the only one you can hear and yet there are others involved in the dialogue. Thumbs up tho for content I just wish I could sit thru it if I could HEAR...
