A friend told me...once you start a new job....your countdown to the exit door begins. Very true statement. I no longer invest 100 percent of myself into any job i've held...

You’ve learned a few valuable life lessons early in your life and it looks like you’ve grown from those experiences. I will say one thing about home ownership most of the books don’t really talk about, your payments will go up over time even if you have a fixed rate mortgage. Taxes and insurance tend to increase each year. I’m not trying to discourage anyone from buying a home but I thought it worth mentioning so that you’re aware of it.

Oh wow. I hadn’t taken that into account!! i completely agree that most often times when people run the numbers its actually so much more than what we expect,, imma go back to renting haha
