Try this super simple high protein low carb bowl which can be made from scratch in around 5 mins!
Here are the ingredients:
Grass Fed Burger Patties (from Costco)
Shelled Edamame Beans (from Walmart)
Feta Crumbles (from Walmart or Costco)
Ground Peppercorn
Ground Pink Himalayan Salt
Hot Chile Pepper Powder (from Farmchun on Amazon)
Avocado Oil (Costco)
Sriracha (Full disclosure: I like the meal better with Tapatio, but sriracha looks better aesthetically in a video...)
Add 8-10oz of Organic Whole Milk to round out the meal!
This super simple protein bowl recipe has 60g+ of protein, 55g of healthy fats, a mere 36g of carbs, and 18g of fiber, which helps blunt your body's insulin response (great for not gaining fat while at the same time fueling your muscles).

It’s surprising to me that ground beef protein is absorbed better than steak. I would of just assumed it was the same. Plate looks delicious!
Sure thing! Your body has to do less work to digest it since it is ground up in advance, so it is processed more efficiently.
