Great job repurposing these desks. It's always nice to be able to save some money and make something useful out of things you already have and done use as much.
What I liked is not having to communicate with ppl on FB marketplace only to be stood up when they do not arrive! It was pretty much quicker just to do this! hahaha
If you made one long table out of the two remaining halves, I would have been even more impressed! 🙂 Could be a small work bench table for the shop maybe? I did a similar project with my old style oak entertainment center. I didn't want to toss it when I bought my flat screen TV. I removed the glass side door and cut the top off. Removed the middle portion & put the top back on. My flat screen TV fits perfectly on top now. I left the storage on the bottom for the DVD player & a few other items. Looks & functions perfectly!
