It’s good that you took breaks but I find it better to cycle sync so when I’m on my period I try lower effort workouts and when I’m up to it and around ovulation my most intense workouts. Take caree

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

I've been doing anna's monthly calendars for two months now and can confidently say YOU CAN DO IT! It took me probably a whole month to get to a point where I can do some videos without any breaks. Some still get me, for sure, but the progress will happen and it's soooo exciting when you see the growth!

Great Workout! I had to stop by minute 14:53 my pulse wouldn't go down from 109 bpm and spike up right up to 185+ bpm if continued to the next exercise lol . I will persist in doing this workout until I can fully complete it!

And don't worry, I always modify when something is too hard! Your channel has really kept me going when my motivation reached rock bottom. I even stopped working out for a month, since I couldn't and lost all motivation to continue with upper body weights. But now that I'm feeling better, you've helped me so much! I'm now realizing that working out isn't for others, it's for yourself. And you helped me see that! We love you so much!

I always do Anna's workout at 40:15, cause I think 50:10 is too little rest for me, u should try that too
