    Loved seeing anna being tired and sore and needing breaks mid-set. Usually, the people in videos act like it's not hard at all, which makes me feel weak but seeing the need for breaks and the struggle helped me see that it was a hard workout and not just for me.

    I used to see your shorts, and I admired you, but now that I'm doing your workouts? I'm your fan, haha. I'm 14, and I used to be obsessed with losing weight, but I learned that being skinny is not necesary healthy neither the only way to be pretty. Now I focus on loving my body and being better every day

    Glorious workout & the 40 on, 10 off was just perfect for pushing to the max on each exercise. This one was super sweaty for me as well. Will definitely be doing this one again. Thank you Anna.

    HECK YA! I'd avoided this video for a while because there were a lot of moves I couldn't complete--BUT I DID IT! The only challenge left is a low plank, but I'm sure that'll come soon, as well :)

    Anna: your workouts have taken my fitness routine from tired to fired up (yes, I am cheesy : ) Thank you for injecting the heat into my muscles with your never-boring-always-challenging-killer-in-a-good-way workouts! I am in my late 40s and take pride in my strength gains over the last two years, but struggled to stay motivated by workouts, despite trying new things. I realized what I needed was a shorter workout duration that mixed up challenging exercises targeting upper, lower, total body about 4 times a week to feel grounded and good in my body. If I ask too much of myself, I end up paying for it by procrastinating (and missing) workouts and then feeling lousy. Being really real with myself and keeping things fresh has been a huge help. LOVE your workouts! Thank you!

      Doing them on your knees and spreading your fingers wide helps to relieve the pressure a bit.

    That's what I call a good arm workout 💪. I used between 10lb and 20lb weights, depending on the workout. I saw a lot of improvements in myself like the one arm dumbbell and renegade row. Those drive dumbell moves and diamond push ups are killer.
