I am in my late 40s and take pride in my strength gains over the last two years, but struggled to stay motivated by workouts, despite trying new things. I realized what I needed was a shorter workout duration that mixed up challenging exercises targeting upper, lower, total body about 4 times a week to feel grounded and good in my body. If I ask too much of myself, I end up paying for it by procrastinating (and missing) workouts and then feeling lousy. Being really real with myself and keeping things fresh has been a huge help. That's what I call a good arm workout 💪. I used between 10lb and 20lb weights, depending on the workout. I saw a lot of improvements in myself like the one arm dumbbell and renegade row. Those drive dumbell moves and diamond push ups are killer.
note to myself for future use: il y a beaucoup de row debout penché. je sais pas si je les fais tout croche mais ça me fait mal au dos. cool workout, mais je ne recommande pas, à moins que tu figure out good form.
