How many calories will I lose by doing this exercise?
I like 'no repeat' workouts. So when yours repeat, the second time around, I just pick my own exercises to do instead. I do like the 20+ min workouts though 👍

Bro the abss are great after one month i alredy seen sum progrese but the core, i did it twice and I cant bend my back and I am paralized for 2 days now. Dont if its the workout or mě doing it wrong but i am skippin that for sure
Good video but you have some sit up and variation exercise which have been proven yo be terrible for the lower back.
