    When I completed this workout, I doubled checked the length of the video to see if indeed was 17minutes... It went very fast. It really helps to not repeat exercises, to avoid some boredom. Thank you, great series!

    I’m a very fit person. I only say this bc I ONLY use TiffxDan videos. I’ve seen them all and these are by far the best on UA-cam. Great intensity and I feel as though I go through the struggles with Dan.

      Yes, me too! When I was doing the prayer sit ups the other day I realized “hey, my abs are tightening and lifting me up, I’m not just going thru the motion”

    Been looking for an alternate weighted ab workout to do in between my usual ab session. This did not disappoint, my abs were tight and burning afterward. Great sesh, highly recommend.

    When is the rest day? Abs never get a chance to heal in 2 weeks? Some days have the same movements as the day prior and are sore already...are we meant to skip a day to rest or just push through it?

      That is something entirely up to you and where you are at with your fitness journey. Listen to your body and find a weight that challenges you but isn't too difficult to start with.
