I think this is one of your best work so far. Amazing footage, clear audio, and great information. The underwater shots were literally the best aquatic salamander footage I've ever seen. You guys should be really proud of this one!
I’m not sure if people realize just how difficult it is to capture footage like that, but holy smokes, you guys are amazing! That is documentary quality footage, you could sell that to any Nat Geo production if you so chose and they would welcome it. Zach, truly epic work. Great job as always guys, I am inspired by your successes with Ambystoma this year to go find some of my own! - Harrison and Evan
We are lucky to have a videographer as patient and innovative as Zach is to capture this stuff, excited to show you more - the best is yet to come! Good luck in your search, keep us posted!
Amazing video! Salamanders are my favorite amphibians so it’s really cool to see this kind of footage paired with great educational content also! What camera are you using to get this amazing footage?
Magnificient barbouri lifecycle shown. I wasn't able to hear if you said your location was n. KY or not. I encountered what appeared to be nuptial ritual\behavior perhaps among this species (also in NE KY.)

Thanks man, really appreciate it! Hoping our next one tops it for you 😉

Thanks Satchel! This was all shot with an Olympus TG6 with a waterproof suptig video light when needed.
No way! 2 subscribers away from 1K. The channel has grown so much today since this morning. Awesome job!
We just hit 1K, so excited, thanks! These underwater salamander videos have really been a hit it seems!

Thanks! This footage was filmed partly in southeastern IN and partly in Tennessee.
Excellent work! Thank you for posting this. What gear are you using for capturing the underwater scenes?
Thanks, glad you liked it! Used an Olympus TG6 and usually a suptig waterproof video light for all the underwater clips.
