Yes with regards to onion n garlic, though I come from India and these two condiments are a major part of our diet for the flavour ,however every time I have consumed either of them or both I have always felt bloated,gassy or super uneasy and not to forget bad breath....

    thanks Eli! what about the habanero?? is it not too spicy??

    • @TheFreeMelonSociety
      @TheFreeMelonSociety  Рік тому

      I dunno.. is it? Lol. That s up to your taste to determine. Again i must stress.. this is not something i normally do.. spicey foods are not part of diet.. but as a fun little treat, yeah it was great. It was one half of a habanero mixed in with everything else.. so the spice gets evenly distributed so its not overwhelming. So in terms of “pure taste”,. Ignoring what is ideal.. no it was not too much spice For “ ELi’s palate”. It might be for someone else, in which case, use less.. or none :) god bless brotha!

    Why do you avoid nuts? Do you take a multivitamin to get the missing nutrients? Like omegas 3 and 6 in healthy ratio.... Besides Avocado, which is omega 6 dominant, what fruit is providing you the essential fatty acids your brain and body need to thrive? I'm concerned

    • @TheFreeMelonSociety
      @TheFreeMelonSociety  Рік тому +2

      What fruit is providing me with the efa’s? i dunno. Pick one, lol. Okay here it is. ALL natural raw plant foods have efas.. All of them. You cannot avoid them. It s almost impossible. Where the world has confused us, is in convincing us that we can ONLY get efas from “concentrated”, or Dense sources of these fats.,

  • @silentfriend369
    @silentfriend369 Рік тому

    What is your motivation for eating purely raw foods? In college I learned that lightly cooking certain foods actually activates certain nutrients.... And makes some nutrients more bioavailable. Why stick to such a strict diet when logically it makes sense to also cook your foods?

    • @worldwid6006
      @worldwid6006 Рік тому +1

      Raw is life lol. If you have to cook your food to get nutrients, it isn't meant for consumption. And raw foods is not as strict as you may think

    So you ARE eating nuts seeds spices garlic civilized sun dried tomatoes vitamix
    You are foing raw vegan 80/1010
    Nothing special

    • @TheFreeMelonSociety
      @TheFreeMelonSociety  Рік тому +2

      80/10/10 describes any low fat raw food diet, whether made up of 100% fruit, or a standard raw food diet of many raw veggies and roots and such. So yes, i've always been around that general ball park ratio. But as for me "Eating" this stuff on the regular. no not true. and i've echoed this point several several times in many videos and interviews. If i put a video like this up.. it's because i am trying to give YOU the audience ideas on how to make a simple raw diet appealing. it Does NOT mean that this is anything CLOSE to regular in my life.. So if you wanna call me a "standard" raw vegan because of that one thanksgiving meal where i decided to add garlic in my tomatoe mulch, as opposed to the the rest of the 364 days where i had zero garlic.. sure. But if i were to say what you suggested here:. that i eat a "regular raw vegan 80/10/10 diet.. then that would be misleading, because people would make the assumption that i eat like this regularly and that is not the case. So please understand.. in the interest of clarity.. if i tell you "i eat 80/10/10" and leave it at that.. i would be misrepresenting myself because i know that the common interpretation of that label includes far more raw veggies, and roots and such than i include in my diet. no.. i am not "eeeeating" nuts seeds, spices and garlic. but i have "eaten" them extremely rarely yes. there is a difference. i hope that helps.

  • @silentfriend369
    @silentfriend369 Рік тому +1

    I'm sorry ... But I think you will be forced to abandon this diet within the next 5 or so years. I've never understood the fully raw thing. Seems like anxiety or obsessive compulsive disorder presenting itself in restrictive food consumption.

    • @TheFreeMelonSociety
      @TheFreeMelonSociety  Рік тому +7

      Lol.. that s what they all said 5 years ago.. most of them changed their opinion once they saw how well i continue to live. i invite you to check out the rest of my videos, particularly any fitness related ones. you be the judge and tell me if it looks like im someone presenting the “disorders” you mention. Check out my most recent one on being hacked. Watch my interviews where i share the “unnatural calm” and perpetual “stresslessness” that comes over the mind when a diet of non stimulating foods is adopted. Do i really strike you as one with anxiety? I ve never experienced a mental disorder in my life. My fitness is far beyond normal, my energy is fantastic.. i have yet to develop a single cold or flu in at least over 6 years. ( something approximately zero people can claim who subsist on a cooked food diet ) Im the ONLY person i know who got through the entire covid scamdemic without so much as sniffles, despite deliberate attempts to expose myself to as many people as possible, hugging and kissing people with “covid” etc etc. Im deeeeeefinitely not perfect. I did just as much damage to myself as everyone has in the early years. But i am absolutely not any of those things you mentioned. I think any honest observer of my content will see that what i put out on this channel speaks for itself. :). God bless ms!!! (Hug)
