Great workout Roxanne! What's an alternative to reverse crunches? It seems to cause discomfort to my lower back. Kettlebell swings do this as well. Any tips?
Have you tried putting your hands under your hips with the reverse crunches? You can do single leg extensions instead of reverse too. You can do Romanian deadlifts instead of KB swings if it’s too much. Send me a video of your kettlebell swings on instagram and I can look at your form if you want ☺️
