This practice is phenomenal, absolutely lovely! The many, many standing splits makes me feel SO strong and challenges my balance. The stretching of them helps my hamstrings, and LOVED the hip opening postures that also helped stretch my quads. One of my faves, love it! Thank you so much! 🙏💖

Love this flow. Your 20-25 minute flows are just the right length for me as a busy, working mom. I am curious -- you often do hanging cobra in place of up dog. Is that just a preference? I do find hanging cobra fits more naturally for me in a flow than up dog.
