Please continue to upload full episodes, I am begging you. The audio only version is great but Conan is so emotive and physical that the audio-only version never does the episode complete justice. Like watching the Kevin Nealon "you're attacking me" segment as Conan slowly changes colour and loses his mind is just another love of hilarity that you miss with mere audio. Anyways, I've pleaded my case. Do as I say, or else I'll be a little sad.

Larry's impulse to tell Conan he's never seen his show and can't comment on it, instead of giving him a disingenuous complement, is strangely heartwarming.
Looks like they just have to wait a certain amount of time before they drop the full episode in video form. And even then, I'm sure they'll only drop full versions of the episodes they consider worthy of it.
They dropped Harrison Ford's recently. That was the first time they ever did it. They probably also have a deal with SiriusXM that has prevented them from unleashing full videos before. Since the podcast is on their platform and owned by Sirius, they have to wet their beak first.
They could probably even work out a better deal with advertisers. Do the chunks like normal and release the full episode a few weeks later. Realistically I don't think they have anything to lose either way, the podcast is already free.

I just noticed that Team Coco's channel is not monetised. So reposting these videos is of little financial benefit to Conan and his team. They're doing this for us and that's why we love them.
i think their model is generally promote the podcast... and still retain a reason for people to experience the podcast.. i.e. not having everything on youtube.
it's easy to want that. but doing so would pretty much nullify the reason for it existing as a podcast. lotta people in these comments unable or willing to think bigger picture here.
I guess it’s down the numbers, I personally don’t listen to podcasts without video. So for myself I would pay for full episodes on here if they gave us the option.
I love how much Conan and Matt have bonded over the years. Matt has become a better improviser and Conan has learned how to tease him without making him nervous. And Sona keeps on being Sona, the perfect foil to Conan's kookiness, whilst brandishing her own kookiness as well
As a German born in the mid 1980s i grew up with only one American Channel on our Cable TV, which was NBC! And that's how i got introduced to Conan O'Brien sometime in the late 1990s i think. I didn't understand a Word of English, but somehow it still made me and Friends i had over for a Sleepover laugh! It also helped me once we started learning serious English in School to speak and understand English better! So i'm very grateful for Conan and i guess NBC for airing this for free on German Cable TV. Just wanted to share that. Also i hope Conan someday comes back to Germany, especially to here in Bavaria to do some more Exploring & Comedy! Loved every Bit he did when in Germany. We Germans don't have a great Sense of Humor (True Stereotype) but we definitely know how to laugh at ourselves when Foreigners joke and make Fun of us! As a Brit who was working in Germany, I also appreciated the CNBC Europe channel airing Conan's show (one-day-delayed). Staying for months at a time in the Marriott Frankfurt, it was CNN and CNBC Europe offering only news and financial news. The Conan show was a blessed relief. Now, NBC doesn't air the tonight show on CNBC Europe and won't even let anyone outside North America watch the interviews and segments on UA-cam even. Bastards!

Conan is a god. He literally can do anything. I love the talks shows he has done, his new MAX show, his podcast, his new restaurant he opened "Conan's burger castle", the water park is great and he took over a damn Buffalo wings show!?
Larry David once tried to kill me. 2 mins ago I was eating my dinner and Larry made the comment about the Party Sheriff at 18:29. I started to laugh so hard I almost choked. I knew eating my dinner while watching anything Larry David is dangerous, but I like to live a life of danger. 😎
My father God rest his soul had the same personality as Larry David. I was incredibly embarrassed at times. For instance, when we’d go out to dinner they would ask how was your meal? He wouldn’t hold back at all, if it was good he’d tell them, if it was bad he’d tell them. He’d say to me it’s a great disservice to lie to them. If you tell them the truth they can fix the problem. As I got older I came to appreciate his direct responses and honesty. I put curb on for him and we’d would laugh out heads off. Thank you Larry for all the laughs. Conan, you got screwed over and so did the rest of us. No point in me watching late night shows anymore. Keep up the good work.
Conan would love it in Minnesota once fall starts creeping in as the summer whispers away and you have cool rain for a couple hours throughout the day a couple days of the week with sunshine. Honestly, minnesotans favorite time of year for this specific reason.
At 34:50 when Larry is talking about acting being inborn, “nothing to learn”, it’s like that episode of Curb where Jason Alexander writes a little book called “Acting Without Acting” and Larry and Jerry are mocking it. So real Larry is saying he’s… acting without acting, after all? 😄
Never researched or saw Conan's wife before even though I've been watching pretty much his whole career. Pretty delighted to discover her intellect and the palpable chemistry between them. Not sure about my hypothesis at all but I imagine beeing a comedian and being able to make such an attractive and smart person laugh must feel amazingly good. Conan looks in love and it's pretty epic to see him "out of character" not being bitter at all and showing how he cares about this person.

Late night might have copyright problems with it. Even the fact that they published bits and pieces and stuff like the first episode is a miracle. I don't know, if they have the copyright somehow, or if they managed to negotiate certain bits copyright. I would hope, eventually all of it is published, but for right now, I'm grateful they have the bits they do. Because usually the network keeps the copyright, and in that case, we wouldn't get anything. So even the few bits are golden. Also, LD is always on point, even if half of his new stuff is rich people party dynamic stuff, it still somehow digs into common communication short-circuits.

Ahh is this an older podcast. I think I listened to it a good while ago. Still love it that it is posted to UA-cam. And happily listening again
