You also can use tracking to follow the license plate or object. However, from my tests, sometimes CapCut have a hard time following the objects though. In this case using key frames is better. You can use as much key frames as you want if the object moves around in different directions. Have fun with it!

When you overlay make sure the layer you blur is the top layer not the bottom one, and also make sure the blur effect is right under the top layer instead of right on top of the top layer. I had this problem earlier, I assume you may have this problem too. I hope this made sense.

You have to do the Mask part as well. Please watch the video and follow the directions carefully 😁👍
