Very nice! :) Small notes: 1. first wavetable synth was PPG 360, predecessor of the Wave. 2. I think you need to add a quantize module at the output of the wavetable oscillator to quantize this to 8 bit. With what you did at the phase input you rather reduce the sample rate, which is probably also to be desired but is not the same. I will maybe check it out later today. I'll pin this comment so people will see it and add a time stamp :) Looks like the PPG had a frequency dependend variable sample rate, but I assume the Grid's sample rate at 4 times oversampling is high enough to avoid aliasing.
The idea of the video, and the chnnel, is to educate people so that they can build this kind of stuff themselve. I think it's well worth it in th long run. Otherwise I would just sell it on some platform. But of course feel free to ask questions if something is unclear or not working for you. 😃
