- Ben Potter, known as Comicstorian on UA-cam has died in what his family called "an unfortunate accident." He was 40 years old. His wife shared the tragic news on his social media accounts. "To many of you, he was Comicstorian, voicing stories from across multiple different mediums. To his loved ones, he was one of the best and most supportive individuals anyone could ask for." Potter created his channel 10 years ago.
What a bad day for Comics . Today we lost a great comicstorian teller, telling us stories in digestible bites . Always remembered never forgotten. RIP 🕊️

Everything is forgotten at some point but till then it’s our job and his loved ones to keep his memory alive

Being visually impaired and not being able to see physical copies of the comics I really love how he told the stories , it made them fun for me. May he rest in peace ❤

I was into comics but I wasnt real big on its story until comicstorian sometimes he actually able to get me to understand the story it dhows now. I'll miss him.

Ben had a great voice and he was a great narrator. His channel was how I was able to catch up to the comic book world. RIP

I still have playlists of my favorite heroes saved on my profile. I loved his voice overs, I have a hard time trying to keep up in comics and having his voice over really enhanced the experience. May he rest in peace and be remembered as a good man

I used to know him a while ago back in high school actually,I was the only nerd who was bringing his comics to school,thanks to him when I felt lonely,I have gone up to his channel to watch his great content,and also sleepless night were worth it,with a big bowl of Ben and Jerry ice cream,a good blanket and a comicstorian 4-5H long video…
