Thank you for actually providing help. These stretches really helped me. I was getting tired of hearing about the phases and the same old pit exercises.

The first exercise caused a sharp pain in my right rib cage!

With adhesive capsulitis--- Won't this cause further inflammation/ thickening of the capsule? It seems like it would cause even more scar tissue?

I'm surprised there is no attention to the shoulder rolling forward. Shouldn't there be active attention & control to not allow the shoulder to roll foreward (ie collapse) & to focus on keeping the shoulder aligned instead of allowing it to roll forward??

Whats the difference in this movement then just stretching it back on a door frame? Looks like same movement.

The painful shoulder can be left in a passive position while resting / lying on the ground on your belly.
The doorframe stretch requires more active stretching.

Shouldn't there be a focus on not allowing the shoulders to roll forward in the seated position with the arms in back, palms on floor??
And only move the arms further back (or scooch the butt forward) as long as & as far as the shoulder isn't rolled forward??

With the fingers facing back, you’re actually supinating the arm/shoulder. When we pronate, or point our thumbs towards us or even down, that’s when we can get shoulder impingement

It seems ignored. By the way why is it important what country you are from? You could bet some response if you said you were from America :)

Completely rubbish! This is pure nonsense. I had frozen shoulder and the only way is patience and time. It will heal on it's own eventually. Listen to that man - getting worse. 👎
