Not pregnant but suffering from sciatica for months. I think the ardha supta virasana really unlocked my SI joint, I felt such relief! You really have a gift! Your videos always make me feel better. Thank you Paula 🙏!
Have been loving your whole prenatal series! I stumbled upon it in my 2nd trimester. Im 39 weeks now and still doing your videos almost daily. Thank you thank you!!
This is just wonderful, pregnant or not. I love how you incorporate bolster-supported poses (and hug-like asanas in other practices). I currently live alone, and any poses resembling being held or supported feel very nurturing to me. Thank you ever so much. 💗
Hi Paula, I love your yoga videos and I have been practicing some of your sequence every day since last year. It’s helping a lot during this lockdown. I am making ‘sewing videos’ and recently made a yoga top, and with the top I made I recorded myself following your videos so you are in background of my video a little bit. I hope you don’t mind it, but if you do, please let me know so I can make adjustment to the video :)
Hello, thank you for the lovely feedback and for taking the time to practice! Thanks for letting me know, that's totally fine! I'll have to check out the video :)
I’m on my first trimester (first pregnancy) and stumbled upon your prenatal yoga videos today. So helpful and soothing. Thanks so much for your offering. Would you mind sharing where I could purchase the blocks and bolster pillow? Blessings from New York City 🙏🏽
Only sciatica video I can do! Bless you Paula! 😘🥰🥰
Your videos are the best. You don't talk a lot like the other guys do. You allow us to get into the pose and feel it for what it is. Thank you.
