A Great quick cardio and core HIIT workout - just what I needed today. I followed this with your 15 Minute Beginner Full Body Dumbbell Workout using 5-lb weights and then your 5 Minute Cool Down. All Cardio, Core, Strength and Stretch for me today. Thanks Amy!

May Day #4 : both workouts were killer 🥵 didn't feel like 10 mins. They both made me work so hard that it felt like 30-mins. workouts for each. If someone is short on time and does one of these workouts, s/he won't feel guilty of not doing proper workout for that day. Thanks a lot Amy for making even short workouts really powerful 🤩🥳
