I've been practicing yoga for over a decade & I've never before taken a class where so much attention was paid to developing the muscles that will make more advanced poses a natural progression of someone's evolving practice. This class truly shows the importance of building a super strong foundation(starting with the breath, of course). I heard the beginning and then the loud scream in my head “don’t give up! Keep going”. It was not an easy practice for me, but it has revealed the weaker points that I should work on.
I haven't cried during a yoga video in a long time, but hearing you tell me it is ok to be distracted when I'm trying to pay attention to my breath brought tears out of nowhere. This is exactly what I needed today. Strength combined with self reflection. Thank you.

Best yoga channel on UA-cam, going to give the Patreon a shot to show some love. As a jiu-jitsu player and weightlifter, these practices not only help with mobility and recovery but also greatly compliment/enhance the strength and stability required for other activities. Love that the practices can be challenging and are generally geared towards people that have a general understanding of flows, vinyasas, etc. Most importantly though, appreciate the dry sense of humor. One video had me dying, "you may never be able to put your chest all the way down (in straddle), and that's ok." Translation: "find solace with the fact your yoga sucks."

These 50min or more long videos are great, i try to them every other day first thing in the morning and they allow me to begin my day with the best possible mood .
Glad you like them! That is exactly how we start our day. There was strong demand for shorter classes over the last year but now that everyone is at home this is shifting drastically. We're working on 75 and 90 minute classes for our Patreon channel. Some longer classes will also come on UA-cam but not many.
What a beautiful and strong flow. I love the lack of music because I think Flows voice has a amazing, relaxing, calming cadence that helps concentration and heart rate regulation. I couldn’t do all the pushup portion at the end but I modified on my knees. Otherwise I followed! Thank you, I feel challenged, tired, yet energized.
Amazing class. I feel very present every day because of these classes. The meditation in the end was awesome too. I'm always surprised at how challenging it is on my back to sit cross-legged for a few minutes. So simple and yet still so challenging. Thank you!

Loved this class, thanks! You guys are my current favourite yoga teachers. And you summed up exactly why I like your channel so much... Hard classes force me to focus and be in the moment. If a class doesn't challenge me, my mind very quickly wanders back to whatever stresses I'm worrying about. And, after a hard class, I find it much easier to focus my mind during meditation. Until my small human starts jumping on me at least!

I'm so used to reverse table top at the end that I went straight into it instead of keeping the hips down. I kept the pose, as I figured you would approve haha. This, Kettlebell, and rock climbing the last year has changed my life. I should have focused a long time ago on these functional strength exercises, instead of the benchpress and dumbells. Today I was having a really bad day, I was mad af, usually do exercise 1-3 times a day, but I recently had an injury in my shoulder-collarbone-rib cage, so I haven’t been doing bjj or calithenics, and this video made my clear my mind and start all over again. I stumbled upon these videos and realized I had practiced at YogaWorks with Bre and Flo in the pre-covid days. :) I had never done the arm/shoulder stretch with the leg assist before. Loved learning it and will be adding it to my personal practice.
My 3th lesson of yoga, it wasn’t easy, thx for the lesson and inspiration, my goal is mainly to become more flexible, I am 41 years old and used to do fitness, but since 3 years I do karate and because we are now stuck in Lockdown, I try yoga, thanks again 😁
In our philosophy yoga is to build strength and awareness. We won't be focusing much on flexibility, it will come as a side product. What we need is a strong body that supports daily functionality, is useful and a mind that is calm.

My 3th lesson of yoga, it wasn’t easy, thx for the lesson and inspiration, my goal is mainly to become more flexible, I am 41 years old and used to do fitness, but since 3 years I do karate and because we are now stuck in Lockdown, I try yoga, thanks again 😁
In our philosophy yoga is to build strength and awareness. We won't be focusing much on flexibility, it will come as a side product. What we need is a strong body that supports daily functionality, is useful and a mind that is calm.
