I remember doing this class for the first time about a year and a half ago, maybe two years. I kept falling out of poses and I was mad at Flo for talking so much. Today, for the first time after practicing so much for the past two years, I did this class to the fullest, kept my cool, smiled in all the places that I'd get mad before and finished calm and grateful. There's really nothing else like yoga in this world!
Your endurance is truly inspirational. Even when my glutes are screaming for ALL of my attention your voice comes in calmly reminding me that the struggle is an illusion and the real struggle is maintaining breath awareness. Thank you for all the content - keep on shining your light.
woah this class kicked my butt and I loved it! I was disappointed in my self when I kept falling out of the poses many times but my set intention was self-love so I continued to remind myself that it's ok and to push through
"You are not smarter than your body" wise words. I feel like slowing down let me really explore my drishti (focus) more and really feel all the muscles I use for each pose, especially the balancing postures. Thank you for a great class 🙏🏻

I absolutely love this class! It forces me to really focus on my breath instead of waiting for the pose to end (which is usually what I do when the flow is more fast). More of this would be amazing! Namaste

I'm not new to yoga, my mother was a yoga teacher back in the day, but I am so grateful to have found your channel and start practicing more regularly. I've got a knee problem and some weak ankles from sports injuries and the stability poses here are really wonderful. Will def keep this one in my back pocket to improve on, keep up the great work 😍

Thanks Flow. Sometimes endurance flows feel like mean punishment but like others have said, you chill voice and non-rushed, casual instruction carries me through. I especially like your leg transition explanations. Although you have really long legs i can usually get the gist of where to put mine. The 45 min of strong active stuff absolutely flew by. I only took a couple modifications because of old injury. (Switching to Elbow side plank half through the hold, etc) AND i feel almost yin-meditative!
This is the 5th class I've done with you guys... Fantastic, a challenge every time but the way its taught gives you that ease of feeling like you can leave that ego at the front door!

Thanks so much for this great class, which I did directly after going out for a run. I liked staying in the pose for a bit longer, allowing me to get more in a meditative state during the strong poses, will try to see if I can also do this in faster variations. My balance goes to the dogs once my legs start getting tired, so it's nice that you remind us to stay lighthearted about that. I really really liked Flow keeping the poses for so long! Ibviously, I didn't manage to keep all the viniasa and fell many times, but this means this is a good drill to improve presence, balance and strength!😏

Your voice is strong and so consistent, I could even hear it with my deep house yoga music playing in the background. Curious what different ranges your voice tones can carry into the practice. Loved these long holds! Really gave me time to feel what was going on in more detail and try to adjust and settle in. Tough stuff, but worth it!
