Also that's really more a critique of the season 4 crossover cause that one decided to bring back Wellsobard instead of classic Eobard. People make crazy predictions all the time that are accurate. Also the flash follows a systematic flow. Lots of shows have the same setup in their show throughout the series. It’s just an episodic format. Also what reason does he have to script this, it’s a lot of effort for one video, just to lie to his fans. It could have just been something he wanted to try out, and if he was going to fake it, as we can see the reaction would respond like this no matter what he said. He could’ve changed the ratios up more in his favor. So can’t you just trust that he’s telling the truth, as far as I can tell, he has no reason to lie to us. Even if he was he could just say so, as this could just then be considered a skit.

I feel like people forget there are 4 seasons of writing to look at, also just general CW writing tropes, general writing tropes, and things from the comics. It’s not insane to believe he guessed all this.
@Kirby Tennyson that one felt like more of a guess, and established character tropes. It’s the Cw. At some point, someone’s gonna have a goofy accent. And they kept replacing wells so it had to be him And *someone* had to be suspicious of Nora. It was absolutely inevitable that someone would have because thats just standard writing for drama. Lack of trust. And the Cw has a thing with team flash never questioning much of anything, and they weren’t about to have iris and Barry be suspicious of her because that would ruin parent time. So it was probably down to cisco or wells since kaitlin.. the writers don’t use her for that kind of thing. And the meta human cure. It’s just simple escalation. Multiple times in the series people have expressed dislike of having powers or other people having powers. They’d already kind of messed around with the idea with kaitlin and killer frosts whole deal, so it just kind of made sense that they’d pursue that in some way. Either a villain wanting to cure them or the gang itself.

Maybe for season 6 you should do your predictions before the first episode even airs. That way we know 100% your predictions are your own instead of waiting til all the episodes are shown where you might have been influenced by youtube videos or twitter by waiting this long. Dude i watched only season 1 and 2, and still ruined it all for a friend of mine by simply guessing. Stuff like the villain motivation and goal are super easy to guess in this show. It was obvious that barry would be the villain at somepoint, it was obvious a cure would arrive at somepoint.

At least when the Dexter writers did that stupid "Deb loves her adopted brother Dexter" storyline in Season 6 they were smart enough to drop it in 7. The Flash either tries to act like Barry and Iris aren't adopted siblings or that it doesn't matter that they are.

@@justinl.w9913 Arrow Season 7 was more like atonement for the sins of the parents, which they've tried to do before in a multi episode arc during Season 4, but failed miserably (like everything else in Arrow Season 4). Season 7's take on it, is much better.

Tom's depiction Thawn in the first season was incredible. His work in the following seasons wasn't bad either. He's my favorite by far, though I prefer him most as either season one Thawn or as Earth 2's Wells. Thawn really is the best villain they've got right now. And they should be punched in the throat for making Flashpoint a one episode thing. That should have been an entire season on its own. Maybe half a season at the least. Cisco is a solid second favorite. Also, perfect casting for Snart. Fucking perfect. Here's the problem with The Flash. He's too fast. Realistically you'd have to borrow big bads from other heroes to make it a challenge for him. The only way to make his normal villains threatening is to make their powers really over the top, which would get old pretty fast, or pace each season so Barry is still new-ish to his powers. He progresses so quick that he outpaces the ability of meta humans being a threat. There was practically no time between learning how to throw an infinite mass punch, which is overkill on EVERYTHING he's faced so far, to using the speed force trail he leaves behind as a weapon. Level ninety-nine wizard in real life, yo. What Barry needs to make the show good is a villain who does his damage without being there. A villain who attacks Barry in ways that his speed can't really help with. There in lies the problem. He's so far along in his powers that he literally can take an eternity in " flash time " to observe and still have years left to beat whatever is thrown at him. At this point they're going to have to throw galactic level threats at him to make a compelling villain, such as Darkseid or The Anti Monitor.

ermac was here I disagree I thought Ben Lockwood as Agent Liberty was a fantastic villain. Plus he’s played by ma boi Star Killer. But yeah after the first half of Arrow I wasn’t a fan of the direction they went in, but there were still a few standout episodes in the second half that I really enjoyed.

As someone who gave up on Flash & Arrow, Crisis talked me into giving them another shot. Flash is still very much Flash for good and for ill, but I REALLY think you should watch Arrow. It’s the best season of the show in years and a really great final send off, revisiting previous stories and characters from seasons’ past and giving Oliver a chance to really reflect on his growth. It’s also a very lean show, it typically only has an A plot and B plot. It’s certainly building up to Crisis but it’s equally building up to a very satisfying good bye. I hope you reconsider and check it out.

I will never get you people that thought Elseworlds was anything more than a huge disappointment of missed potential. Especially that Batwoman episode, where we went into Mother Fucking Arkham Asylum, the hypest place you could set an episode.... so we could watch Mr. Freeze's Wife fire a Cold Gun once and accidentally hit Barry and Oliver with some Fear Gas for a couple minutes.

This is facinating, I've never seen the 5th season, so this wasn't just me laughing at your predictions in the beginning like I would do if I had known the outcome. This was genuinely interesting, forcing me to remember your predictions and see which ones came out which ways. Great video, and a great idea too

I feel like people forget there are 4 seasons of writing to look at, also just general CW writing tropes, general writing tropes, and things from the comics.

@Kirby Tennyson that one felt like more of a guess, and established character tropes. It’s the Cw. At some point, someone’s gonna have a goofy accent. And they kept replacing wells so it had to be him
And *someone* had to be suspicious of Nora. It was absolutely inevitable that someone would have because thats just standard writing for drama. Lack of trust. And the Cw has a thing with team flash never questioning much of anything, and they weren’t about to have iris and Barry be suspicious of her because that would ruin parent time. So it was probably down to cisco or wells since kaitlin.. the writers don’t use her for that kind of thing.
And the meta human cure. It’s just simple escalation. Multiple times in the series people have expressed dislike of having powers or other people having powers. They’d already kind of messed around with the idea with kaitlin and killer frosts whole deal, so it just kind of made sense that they’d pursue that in some way. Either a villain wanting to cure them or the gang itself.
The show's fans like to kid themselves the it's well written and unpredictable when it's badly written and easy to predict.

Not really predicting anything when you have that type of info anyway. If you give anyone the basic plot points to the greatest novels ever written they could tell you with 80+% accuracy how the story will unfold before they read it. That's not amazing, nor is it bad on the writer.
Maybe for season 6 you should do your predictions before the first episode even airs. That way we know 100% your predictions are your own instead of waiting til all the episodes are shown where you might have been influenced by youtube videos or twitter by waiting this long. Its easy for you to say u havent watched a single episode but you really havent seen snippets or even a youtube thumbnail? cmon man make it more believable next time some of it was too specific like nora working with a future villain and sacrificing herself

Dude i watched only season 1 and 2, and still ruined it all for a friend of mine by simply guessing. Stuff like the villain motivation and goal are super easy to guess in this show. It was obvious that barry would be the villain at somepoint, it was obvious a cure would arrive at somepoint.
It would be more believable if he made this video before the season 5 premier.

At least when the Dexter writers did that stupid "Deb loves her adopted brother Dexter" storyline in Season 6 they were smart enough to drop it in 7. The Flash either tries to act like Barry and Iris aren't adopted siblings or that it doesn't matter that they are.

@@justinl.w9913 Arrow Season 7 was more like atonement for the sins of the parents, which they've tried to do before in a multi episode arc during Season 4, but failed miserably (like everything else in Arrow Season 4). Season 7's take on it, is much better.

Tom's depiction Thawn in the first season was incredible. His work in the following seasons wasn't bad either. He's my favorite by far, though I prefer him most as either season one Thawn or as Earth 2's Wells. Thawn really is the best villain they've got right now. And they should be punched in the throat for making Flashpoint a one episode thing. That should have been an entire season on its own. Maybe half a season at the least. Cisco is a solid second favorite. Also, perfect casting for Snart. Fucking perfect.
Here's the problem with The Flash. He's too fast. Realistically you'd have to borrow big bads from other heroes to make it a challenge for him. The only way to make his normal villains threatening is to make their powers really over the top, which would get old pretty fast, or pace each season so Barry is still new-ish to his powers. He progresses so quick that he outpaces the ability of meta humans being a threat. There was practically no time between learning how to throw an infinite mass punch, which is overkill on EVERYTHING he's faced so far, to using the speed force trail he leaves behind as a weapon. Level ninety-nine wizard in real life, yo. What Barry needs to make the show good is a villain who does his damage without being there. A villain who attacks Barry in ways that his speed can't really help with. There in lies the problem. He's so far along in his powers that he literally can take an eternity in " flash time " to observe and still have years left to beat whatever is thrown at him. At this point they're going to have to throw galactic level threats at him to make a compelling villain, such as Darkseid or The Anti Monitor.
The flash is just too op that’s why they gotta use powerful villains and thawne is one of the only ones who really pose a threat to Barry

But yeah after the first half of Arrow I wasn’t a fan of the direction they went in, but there were still a few standout episodes in the second half that I really enjoyed.

As someone who gave up on Flash & Arrow, Crisis talked me into giving them another shot. Flash is still very much Flash for good and for ill, but I REALLY think you should watch Arrow. It’s the best season of the show in years and a really great final send off, revisiting previous stories and characters from seasons’ past and giving Oliver a chance to really reflect on his growth. It’s also a very lean show, it typically only has an A plot and B plot. It’s certainly building up to Crisis but it’s equally building up to a very satisfying good bye. I hope you reconsider and check it out.
