  • I am trying to do the "good nuf" route with the wiring harness in that I'm not going from scratch but I will be modifying the new and existing stuff pretty heavily and trying to make it all look nice. For the engine/EFI I'm using the Holley-supplied harness which needed some nip/tuck to get the all of the runs to the right places. I think many of my issues were either due to the extra long runs Holley provides for its universal harness and the fact that I am running the harness under the mid-rise intake instead of down the side like factory. I'm trying to get as much of the harness done as possible before I put the front clip back on. Since this is going to see some heat and vibes on the track everything is getting the Adel clamp treatment with some select runs getting heat wrapped as well. I'll focus on the chassis harness more in part 2.

    I have to say you do a fantastic video!!! I had a 70 and a 70 1/2 Camaro I love the 2nd gen camaro.
You show and explain everything perfectly. I love seeing you put the effort, energy and of course the money that it takes to build one of the nicest by far Camaros out there!!
Thank you for the videos!!!!! Good job!

Looks like good stuff. Shouldn't have to hold up to much UV, so maybe it won't turn to powder too soon!

@@notanotherrcchannel I’ve already seen spots where the adhesive seems to be coming unstuck so less than desired but it probably has more to do with the cheap version of tesa tape I bought off of Amazon. I’m still using it for lacing inside the harness but I’m doing high quality electrical tap on the outside now.
