Lots of debate out there on what oil to use for engine, transmission, & primary and with over 20 years of riding Harleys, I've always used the same oil for all three holes...thanks for sharing.
Hey, the steps will be similar, but we recommend that you reference the owner's manuals for your 2023 Low Rider ST for complete details and step-by-step directions. Thanks!
Syn-3 20-50 or Ams oil 20-50 Or Mobile 1 V-Twin 20-50 for the Engine. I Prefer Ams Oil 20-50 Topped off with a Harley Oil Filter And for the Transmission either Harleys Syn-Gear 80w-140 or Redline transmission And for the Primary Harleys formula Plus And if your putting your bike away for the year use S100 corrosion inhibitor! Your bike will need a wash in the spring but will keep your bike looking Newer longer! These are some of the products I have used on my FXSTB Nightrain for going on 22 years now! And my Bike Runs and looks bad Ass!
Hey, you can find our various funnels and oil filter wrenches in our Motorcycle Maintenance product assortment ➡️ www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/shop/c/motorcycle-maintenance?source_cd=social_o
Can you please elaborate as to what you recommend instead of Syn 3? My Road Glide has 168 miles but im thinking ahead about the 1k service. Why do you advise against Syn 3?

Is this also the same steps for the 2023 Lowrider ST?

Thanks Frankie.. you make it look so easy…..
Where can I get those funnels and filter wrench? Everywhere I've looked, it doesn't show it works with the 107 M8.
Even the dealer didn't have a kit of funnels...

Again…Why?! SYN 3 should not be the first oil used in any Harley. Especially the Milwaukee 8.
There are lots of better Top Tier oil choices out there.

@@Lous-Clues Use Amsoil and call it a day… Sun 3 is crap.
Syn3 for the WIN.
