Some tips: 1.use thread locker especially for the big hub bolts. You'll probably get crunches if you don't! 2.For the controller & battery gaskets: you can clean them with soapy water ( very lil soap) and recondition them with some vaseline. if you decide to cut them, probably super glue will work to glue the ends. Do it before applying Vaseline. 3. Using a lil Vaseline or dielectric grease around the motor connectors and footpad connector will help keeping water & moisture out.( apply with the finger around the female connectors) 4.if your pint has a metal nut holding the power button. Get rid of it. Will mess things up if hasn't already.
@@texanallday Most likely YES! try if the bolts are loose: try tightening them, if they tighten relatively easy = they are loose. Not a good idea to test them by unscrewing them.

@@vaeyano I have the stock pint X battery. I haven't really tested the range with the pint XV, I have really tested it with my GT-V. If you are the same weight as a rider with a stock GT and go the same speed, your range should be about the same. But the V kits allow you to go harder on the board. When I go trail riding with my buddies I usually have about 15% less battery but it's so fun to blast past them on every hill. These V kits will also let your motor heat up faster than stock.
Hey Tony - will you be making your own battery box housing for the 84v battery you mentioned on the website? Or just the battery and it should fit in the regular pint housing?🙏🙏🙏
Some years ago I bought a Quart battery upgrade form Chibatterysystems(for the original pint), any idea if it's compatible with the PntV upgrade? Small question: the part of the controller top plate that is being removed, isn't it a stiffener ? The footpad of the pint are plastic if I'm not mistaken, by removing the stiffener, no risk to simply break the lid ?
