Meera Reed is probably a good shout for who Ned would have planned for Robb to marry
Stark crypts starting very deep: I wonder if the original crypts were actually a cave. Maybe even a cave of the Children of the Forest (since the Starks apparently had some kind of knowledge of the threat from the North, etc.)
Hey Rob I just wanted to say how grateful I am that you've not been tempted into putting lots of adverts into your live streams once they're just on your channel. I'd probably struggle through them to watch your amazing videos anyway but it's extremely refreshing to see someone who is willing to put the viewers experience first. Much respect. Thanks again for another brilliant stream and hope you have a good Christmas!
Finally realised that the talk of Lyanna Stark being ‘half horse’ was of course because she was warging with her horses. Very slow on my part!
Very respectable taking your dog out mid stream I fully support your decision.
I love the crypt theories. I wonder if there really is an ice dragon that only Jon could hatch.
It's fun to watch Robert trying to dismiss, nicely, dumb theories. lol
As for Bran, the very idea of him ending up as King of Westeros is chilling to say the least. It's not a bittersweet ending but a horror. I for one am not convinced at all this is going to happen in the books. He may very well get a "throne" (there is one already where he is right now) and become "King" of some sort, but not on the Iron Throne.
I think Old Nan talking about the Nights’ King being a Stark named Brandon is foreshadowing Little Bran going back in time and doing something for a specific reason, whether or not we ever find out why is debatable. But her stories are foreshadowing Bran, son of Eddard, becoming the Night King by going back in time and influencing events the way Blood Raven cannot.
And that is why all records of him disappeared, because he shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
Bran could warg into the knight King during the longnight, then the power he had over the Knight King vanishes when he was born.
I thought something similar
Gotta say, even though I think this is ~30% likely, I really really hope this doesn't happen. Would really cheapen the worldbuilding for me.
Thank you in deep geek 4 the education. Didn't know 🙂 hugs for everything
Shouldn't Lady Stoneheart know Arya is probably still alive? The Brotherhood had her and the Hound long after she was last known to be seen by anyone else the day Ned died, surely someone would have mentioned this to her?
Good catch!
Great live stream.
Justice - Just Ice
Missed this amazing live. Listening to it now and loving it.
With the secession crisis I am wondering why Ned didn’t try to convince Benjan to marry instead of take the black. I think Ben did know about his sister that she was not kidnapped but went willingly and maybe had guilt about that.
I feel like every house from the north to own a mercenary company that’s always active in esso branch family member which will help those houses always provide ingredients for their territories

He is found by another person. Does this means three people survived? I thought they were 7 vs 3 and only two lived to walk away.
Rob's body is rotten and decayed and potentially decapitated, there's nothing to resurrect there; when Cat was brought back, it was because her body was very quickly dragged out of the water quickly following the red wedding, and she's already showed heavy signs of decay
Thnx
When it comes to Sansa and her current trajectory. I think little finger might have to begrudgingly allow Sansa to become pregnant by Harry the Heir. Since if he kills Harry, which is who was supposed to inherit the Veil Sansa doesn’t really have a reason for the veil to follow her. Other than the loose tie to Lysa, who was not an Arryn and really only ruled because she’s regent for sweet robin. She’ll need a firmer tie to the veil to keep their loyalty. She’ll have to give them an heir. And after that little finger can kill Harry, and continue to control Sansa and her child and potentially attempt weasel into being her next husband from there while they rally to take back the north. For a Lady of the North to rule in her own right. Still the Starks will need an heir, to follow Sansa. and I do wonder where that might come from. But their are plenty of candidates to make that.
What if the wall was made of the bodies, the trees have the blood, the others have the ‘spirit’, the house of black and white the faces, and the end game is to put them all back together. Arya will be Nymeria, bringing her army of faces across the narrow SEE
Hm, i wonder who will have all the gelded pillars and stones
Sorry, i have had MANY medicated treats this evening 😆
Ok wait, i have another one 😆
what if the tower of joy has underground tunnels just like everywhere else does, and they are connected to winterfell and the tumbled stones in the crypts are hiding rhaegar and/or a dragon egg. I know that rhaegar being alive probably isn’t likely at all, but it is notable that there is focus on rubies as a glamor and also armor as a glamor so I don’t entirely discount it.
This is all tin foil and i am just being silly while enjoying the stream. Great job as always!

I wonder if Ned recognized Dawn as the original Ice
Hi Robert, i love your videos, especially the livestreams. I have two questions that came to me after watching your videos.
If Bran and i assume also Bloodraven is practically consumed by the tree network, then how much free will is there left? How can he decide and act on his own to change events if he is already consumed?
Also you said in a previous livestream that rubies are connected with changing appearances. The first thing that came to my mind are the rubies in reagar's breastplate, so tinfoil theory incoming, could he have changed places with someone else? maybe sir Arthur Dane? Maybe this is the reason "sir Arthur" was not moving from the tower of joy? Could he still be alive? Maybe this is the reason house is greatful to ned, he saved the true prince.
Fascinating idea
This is the penultimate episode, I’ll do 2 more. 🤣
Sansa is a normal12 yr old girl romantizing her encounter with Sandor... or that is how I have always interpreted her thoughts
I'm sorry, did you say we see the Stark children playing in their own graves as children? I must have freaking missed that. GRIM
Catelyn would have resented Jon for putting her children at risk
Jon was really lucky to come out with Stark features.
Winter Is Coming
There must be a reason for Rickon...
I'm an excellent minion
Winter is Coming! Thank you, Robert. House Stark is the house I would belong with! But I would want to live in Highgarden! lol!
How are the Stark tombs laid out in the crypts? It seems like Lyanna, Rickard, and Brandon's tombs are near the entrance, with the older tombs back farther and on lower levels... wouldn't this mean they're running out of room?
Also, this is probably an unpopular viewpoint, but I kind of feel like there's just too much made of the "there must always be a Stark in Winterfell." Isn't this just a comment in passing by Catelyn to quiet Bran down when he fusses about going with Robb? Is this actually a saying that's repeated by other characters throughout the story? How does this work? Like, if the last living Stark decides to go hunting in the woods, does Winterfell fall down the minute he rides out the gate? Or does it just mean he has to maintain his residence there?
And honestly, how does a noble, sometime-royal House 10,000 years old end up with no living heirs aside from one guy, his wife, his sworn-celibate brother, and 6 kids (one a bastard)? It really seems like when Robb died and news got out about Theon killing Bran and Rickon, the Stark 2nd and 3rd and 4th cousins, nieces, nephews, great-grand-uncles and -aunts and all the rest would come out of the woodwork in swarms. All the noble houses in the North (and probably others in the rest of the Seven Kingdoms) have got to be intermarried with the Starks going back centuries.
Very good stream
