That was hard but fun. I’m going to do it a few more times and see if I can get better. Thanks and love from cold, icy Oregon! Stay warm, everyone.

Yes it was a hard class - glad you enjoyed it. I love that you will practice it again a few more times to get better. Remember we are not looking to be perfect just better. As we get better we get stronger, more mobile better gait, and feel better. Thanks for putting in the hard work.

A great fun session Lauren. The changes of tempo were a bit of a challenge but I am sure they will be good for me. Look forward to doing more fast-slow stuff at future sessions. Best wishes Jon and Paula

Thank you so much, Lauren for this wonderful, but quite a challenging exercise, especially for me! I had a great time trying to remember the patterns and catching up with you. I had a really hard time remembering the patterns; however, I was able to move around and move along till the end. I certainly did have a lot of fun!!!

Thank you - and fun is what it is all about. If you dont have fun why bother. Thank you so much for working so hard and sticking with it. As you said, this was challenging and the patterns can be difficult to catch on to. Good for you for getting it at the end.

That is so great to hear Heang!! We are so glad you had a good time with the patterns and that you kept on moving all the way to the end, that is what it's all about!!

Thanks for making these exercise videos available to us. Crossing the midline is definitely difficult for me , but glad for the practice.

Yay for you. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Crossing the midline is difficult for many people but it is so beneficial it is worth the work. Thank you for your comments and your hard work. Keep it up and keep in touch.

Great Workout Lauren! These 4 exercises were a great challenge. I think I managed to do them all well a few hiccups throughout, but got myself back on track. The funny thing was that on the first exercise where we punch up above and then cross punch and kick, I had a tendancy to raise my knee on the punch up when we were supposed to keep our feet planted. I was aware of it and able to get it right, but as soon as I stated just getting in the rhythem, there I went again punching up and raising my knee at the same time! I guess I just got a little extra work in! lol Thanks again Lauren and PfP!

Thank you Eric - a few hiccups is perfect in my book. I'm glad it wasn't too easy that you just glided right through it - we want it to be challenging so you can really benefit from learning, repeating and strengthening your brain and body. I think your lifting your knee during the punch may have been your brain and you going into automatic mode. It was what you expected to do so you just did it. hahah Good for you - as you said, a little more work is never a bad thing. :)😆

Yikes! This was a real challenge standing! The first one with moving hands forward, you demonstrated it standing. The second one crossing your legs and arms, was never demonstrated standing. I recommend having those of us standing to practice with you just one or 2 times before moving on. I ended up following what you said of just keep moving! The saving grace is I can go back and watch the video where it was a struggle. Keep challenging us!
