This was the first long video for my Mom and I to try! We have done several short snack videos this last week, but gave this one a go. We took a pause midway and debated on whether to power it out or not. We decided to go for it! Thanks for the fun video. Keep up the great work Polly! 🥰

It can be tricky to keep up at times. Keep at it and you will get better and faster! Practicing fast movements in a safe environment can be good for people with Parkinson's and help to improve their bradykinesia (slowness of movements), however the intensity of exercises is dependent on the persons abilities. Therefore, do your best and keep working at it. I know you are doing a wonderful job!
