Blackfish Tog Fishing on a Dock NYC - Can you catch a blackfish in extreme windy weather?

Cant go out on my kayak or paddleboard so I decided to visit this dock and see if we can land a blackfish. I never do well when its a windy so my confident is extremely low. Got asian crabs as bait and see if there is any taker

North shore and small treble hooks are really effective tbh. This one is on a single hook. Thanks.
